My stay at Genova Suite Art was absolutely wonderful! The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The location is perfect — in one of the best and safest areas of the city. Even though breakfast wasn’t mentioned on Booking, there was a lovely space where you could find everything you need to eat or drink in the morning. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

The room could benefit from some drawers or other storage for clothes, but for our relatively short four-day stay we were able to put our suitcases on the large window seats and work out of those.

Location close to the Old Port is excellent for a first-time visitor, within easy walking distance of everything. Staff at the B&B was so friendly and helpful, and they were very alert to our needs to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The B&B is in a beautifully renovated 13th century palazzo with a lot of history explained in the common areas. Breakfast was simple (packaged croissants, a variety of yogurts, some fresh whole fruit, coffee and milk), but perfectly adequate to start the day.

It would have been nice to have a chair in the room.

Excellent location in easy reach of shops and restaurants and walkable to the station. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The room was described as 'small' and it was, but it had everything needed (except a chair). The double glazing was effective at keeping out street noise. The shared kitchen and free tea, coffee and breakfast things were a bonus. Matteo and his mother were very informative and helpful.

Shouldn't need to watch a video to find the location. Everyone has a cellphone. Simple text description of the entry process would have been easier than sending a large video file through text message. Many travelers reduce or eliminate their cellular data plans when traveling abroad. There should be a lighter weight alternative for guiding guests into the apartment for the first time.

Really clean large room. Nice to have well stocked shared kitchen! Location was convenient for exploring the old town and the activities near the marina.

There was so much to like about Genova Suite Art. The building and suite (E) was perfect for our family of 4. Lots of space in our room, great location, very safe, friendly staff, great facilities, and with some very good restaurants nearby. (We ate in Savo's and La Trattoria Valeria, right across from the main door and I recommend both). The room was so comfy, with great Aircon, and was made up daily. The building is a former palace and has some lovely historic features on display inside. Our host messaged early in the day and agreed to meet us on arrival, and showed us a map of useful things to see & do in Genova throughout our stay. Being central there was some noise at night, but not bad and just from the sirens of passing ambulances, it didn't bother us at all. We found the location excellent being so close to the Aquarium and in walking distance to both Piazza de Ferrari and Piazze Principe railway station both no more than 15 mins away but foot. Great spot, and a wonderful find which anyone would enjoy.

The junior suite faces the main busy highway that runs alongside the port & I’m a light sleeper so the morning traffic woke me up - next time I’d choose a room further back on the quieter side street. Couldn’t find a bottle opener even in the communal area… xx

The location is great & the rooms are in a stunning palazzo at the edge of the medieval city streets. Bed was super-comfortable. Lovely room design full of light showing off the vaulted ceilings.

Stylish and spacious room in the old town, not too far from the Piazza Pricipe station. Sights, restaurants and cafes nearby. The bed could have been a bit more comfy, and it was a bit noisy early in the morning. Could leave our luggage as long as we needed.
