The early check out wothout the chance to leave our luggage was a huge negative point (personaly i‘ve never experienced before and it put us in an annoying situation having to organise another solution). also the rooms upstairs were loud - sething was rolling over our heads the whole time

Getting in was complicated. Lots of stairs to negotiate to get to room. Check out was very early - 10am. Wifi was not good. Sent a message got no response. All communications with staff through WhatsApp. No human contact.

Well located in the old city. The room is appointed very well. Everything in the room is top notch, and the room is very atmospheric in an old tower.

The location is excellent, in the heart of the old town of Bergamo. Very clean, new place, big and comfortable bathroom, nice lightning and overall atmosphere. Perfect and kind staff support, incl. reservation of a parking just 100 m from the studio. Thank you!

There was no body wash in either of the containers in the shower, very poor.

I absolutely loved everything about this suite! It was very clean, cosy, and beautifully maintained. Everything was so nice and comfortable that it made my stay perfect from start to finish.

I had a wonderful stay at this suite! The place was spotless, very clean, and beautifully kept. It felt cosy and welcoming, making it easy to relax and feel at home. Everything was comfortable and well thought out, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. I would definitely go back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay.

Beautiful room placed at the center of town, the host lets you reserve a parking spot 300 meters away, so super easy to get there by car. The cleaning personnel was really friendly too. All in all a perfect spot for a few days in Bergamo.

Although there is air conditioning, we like to open the window for fresh air, but this creates a mosquito risk. Perhaps you should consider putting a mosquito net on the bathroom window.

The way we had to get in. A key for the second door would have been helpful. In case of heavy luggage make sure someone can actually carry it. The stairs per se where ok, nothing extreme but for a 50kg woman, carrying a 23 kgs suitcase it was an ... Interesting task !

The location couldn't have been better. Right next to the central parking space and a few steps away from the central piazza. Couldn't have had a better location. The stuff was available 24/7 and helped us the outmost with the booking of the parking lot and the ZTL permit required. Highly recommended !

Only thing was a little noisy, but I expected that as it’s a city centre location.

Loved our stay! The property was a beautiful old building full of character, yet everything inside was brand new and spotlessly clean. The interior design was stylish and modern, creating a really cool vibe. The bed was super comfy, the shower was excellent, and the overall space was just lovely. Would definitely stay again!

Keep it up

Beautifully appointed in an ancient town tower. Excellent facilities. Great A/C. Has everything you want. Plus you get to climb a few ancient stairs to the room. Made it more exciting. Elevators might have been nice, but not a deal killer at all

The fridge was a bit too small, but this is something minor I wouldn’t even look at.

This was one of the most charming properties I had the pleasure of staying in. Everything was extremely clean and spatious, the historical location is a charm and if you open the windows you can see right in front of you the historical walls of the building right in front of you. Just beautiful!

Amazing location just off the main street in the old town a few minutes walk from the funicular. Ancient building with modern rooms and bathrooms (looks newly refurbished), very clean, room faces onto internal courtyard. Received very clear check-in instructions, had no problems. Room also has tea coffee facilites / water etc.

By far too many emails with too much information and things to confirm or pay in advance. Beware that while check-in is at 15:00pm there is not luggage facility on site. You will be advised to use a public luggage deposit that is only 5m walking distance but... on an old brick-road you cannot wheel your luggage on. You will have to lift it. And there is no guarantee you will find a space for your luggage there. Communication and luggage facility feel a bit like that of a low cost airline.
