My fiancé and I do not mind noise as we travel everywhere with ear plugs, but because the location is so great/easy, you are on one of the main thoroughfare, which should be planned for. It's not terribly loud 20:00-7:00, and I slept well, just a tradeoff for the location, which we absolutely loved. Beds are on the firmer-side of the spectrum.

The location makes for an easy walk around the town of Sorrento, in which other hotels seem that you need to take busses back-and-forth Sorrento Town. Major benefit if you want to explore, eat well, putz around town, hang out in piazza's, etc. The hotel building itself has been a royal destination for centuries, so the hotel has much character, high ceilings, great bathrooms, and the operators provide a hospitality that is a great addition when taking a break from exploring Sorrento.

The entire building was beautiful! It was the PERFECT locationntoo! The room was large with 12 ft ceilings! The Hostes, Gracielle, and her husband Gaitano, are the best ever! We loved it and would come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at Grace Suites. A big thank you to Grace for her friendliness and hospitality – she made us feel welcome from the very first moment. The location is excellent, right in the center, so everything is within walking distance while the suites remain quiet and relaxing. The building itself is old in the best possible way, full of character, and the rooms are beautifully renovated with a tasteful modern touch. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and carefully maintained. We truly appreciated the warm atmosphere and the perfect mix of tradition and modern comfort. We would gladly stay again and highly recommend Grace Suites.

The only unfortunate downfalls for us was the outside noise, being so close to the main square we often heard live music until midnight some nights and the road noise can be loud, the price you pay for such a convenient location but if you’re a light sleeper may be worth bringing earplugs

Super location in the heart of Sorrento, stunning rooms very spacious and clean and all the amenities you could need. Grace is an amazing host and always on hand for any questions or anything you need. Aircon is super powerful too which is handy for those hot days. Honestly such a beautiful place would love to come back

There isn’t someone at the property 24/7 like a hotel with front desk. The property is on the fourth floor with no elevator, so we had to lug our luggage up when we checked in. There was no breakfast provided (such as croissants/cappucino/fruit) which for the nightly rate we paid, I think that should have been included.

Grace Suites location cannot be beat. From out balcony, we had a partial view of Piazza di Tasso, one of the main squares in Sorrento. It’s about a 7 minute walk to the port where you catch the ferries or boat tours to nearby Amalfi towns. The property is charming. The decor is traditional Italian, but bright and airy. White marble floors throughout. Grace has a pretty yellow bird in a cage that you pass by on the way to your room. There are 3 rooms total on one floor in a building. It is very clean, maid service daily and if you need anything, you just text Grace via what’s app and she responds fairly quickly.

Had to climb a US 4th floor. European 3rd floor. But it was totally manageable if you don’t have mobility issues.

The location was central to everything. The room was clean and spotless. They provided complimentary treats, water, drinks and coffee. Grace was a joy and very helpful including providing us locations for dinner.

Elevator was broken so had five or so flights of stairs. A pulley was used to bring up heavier luggage. Wasn’t a big issue but definitely worth considering if traveling with someone older.

Since the apartment is on the third floor, it is a little challenging for the elderly.

The location was excellent - one minute from PiiazzoTasso.. Room was elegantly appointed. Very clean and updated.and the hostess Grace , was very helpful and friendly. We felt at home. Would definately recommend .

I couldn’t figure out how to get the AC to work. I’m sure it was Operator Error, but it should have been easier. We were on the street side and street noise was loud.

The location is absolutely perfect, with all restaurants and shops nearby, and a short walk to the port and train station. The room is very clean. Grace is exceptionally welcoming owner who makes your stay fantastic! Highly recommend!
