Great location right next to the tram stop which takes you to the Centre of Florence. Good facilities and a lovely welcoming host. She gave us a list of recommendations for restaurants, gelato, markets, breakfast, local taxi number and the tram stops to get on/off again! Highly recommend

Everything was perfect. The location is great because it has a park near it and the publiv transport station is near it so you will have no problem getting anywhere in the city. The room was cozy and really pretty and everything was pretty clean. They give you great snacks, the facilities like the kitchen is really well equipped. And over everything the host and their family where the best thing of the entire trip Really a lovely family. Really looking forward for staying with them on my next trip to Florance.

There was nothing to not like.

The property has everything you need when visiting Firenze. It is less than 100 metres from the tram stop so you can be in the city centre in about 15 minutes. There is a shared kitchen where the host provides coffee, yoghurt and fruit and you can buy foods at the Conad supermarket nearby and cook meals and dine on the small terrace. There are also some great restaurants a short walk away. The host was easily contactable and exceptionaly helpful during our stay and we would highly recommend Le Tre Orchidee.

Modern and very well kept. Laundry service available which was so helpful. Friendly and very hospitable staff. Lovely area that has a local atmosphere. Very close to tram which takes you to central area for attractions.

I really struggled with the amount of mosquitoes, but I don't think this is specific to this place, more a Florence-wide situation. We could have done with anti-bite spray in the room though, we didn't have any and we struggled sleeping/were covered in bites.

The room was excellent, the location really connected to both the city centre and the airport, and we were thoroughly supported by the staff throughout our stay. Very kind, responsive and helpful!

We was meet by a wonderful lady who gave us water when we arrived. She explained everything. All the facilities pointing out the yogurt in the fridge coffee maker etc, and the local transport not forgetting to point out local taxi numbers that were in the reception area.

Sara at Le Tre Orchidee provided exceptional service when we needed to relocate to their property late at night in order to get airport transport early next morning. She ordered a taxi to collect us, made up her last two beds for us, welcomed us with fresh water and fruit, ensured we were comfortable and felt welcomed at 10pm at night. The place was modern, clean and a delight to be staying in for a few short hours. Sara had arranged a taxi for the morning and even rang us at 4.45am to make sure we were awake to catch it.

There was absolutely nothing I didn't like about this accommodation. The location was really good, it was easy to get to the city center and back by bus and tram. It's worth downloading the app at bus (Autolinee Toscane), it helped us find routes and transportation to the desired destinations. The location is perfect for a traveler who needs accommodation in an urban area. I hadn't looked for accommodation in the immediate vicinity of the city center, and this area was really good. There were cozy cafes nearby, where it was lovely to go for breakfast, and a grocery store where you could get quality groceries. The service and help were heartfelt and wonderful! Alma was absolutely charming, lovely and helpful. We also met Sara, who also charmed us with her kindness and helpfulness. The room was large and really clean. There was plenty of cupboard and drawer space. The bathroom was tidy and shared kitchen area was also very clean.

The cleanliness of the property was great, and the owner was extremely helpful and friendly. Since ar were on our honeymoon, she surprised us with a lovely chocolate treat, which made our stay even more special. The location was also very conveinent, with tram station in front of the property, making it easy to get around. Additionally, having snacks, fruit, coffee available in the kitchen was a nice touch. Overall, we had a önderiyle experience, and her warm hospitatily made our visit truly memorable.
