Clean easy access great location and comfortable

The guesthouse is with a great location to discover all cute boutiques in the city and perfect to wander around. The room is clean and comfortable. Everything is self service yet the representative is really helpful and responsive.

Amazing location, right next to the Ponte Vecchio and very close to garage Lungarno (we had to book in advance though - we got a discount by staying at Guiccardini 24). Lovely decor and very comfy. Easy to access and we were in and out of the room a few times per day when we just went to leave our shopping bags or went for a mid-day rest. We were able to store our lugagge for free on our departure day. The manager Dario was very nice and accommodating, as well as gave us all the needed information well in advance.

Location was excellent!! In the hub of Florence, walking distance to all major sights.

Very nice room a few steps away from Pitti Palace, Santo Sperito, and all attractions in the center of Florence. A lot of work was done to those rooms, very interesting decor. Love it!

Nothing about the establishment. I would have much preferred to book directly with establishment. However, Booking.com made it impossible...

Immaculate, spacious, and quiet room with comfortable bedding. Dario is very helpful and accommodating and easily reachable. The location is ideal, on the same street as Ponte Vecchio and Pitti Palace, as well as a leisurely walk to Piazzale Michelangelo. A nice brunch café and popular gelato shop are right around the next alley.

This was a great place to stay in a very convenient location for exploring Florence. Dario was extremely helpful and accommodating. It's so nice when the Host really wants to make sure your stay goes well. Access was easy and it was a huge bonus that we were able to store our luggage before checkin. The room was very comfortable and quiet.

Location was excellent! Many restaurants and bars in the area by foot. Perfect location for walking the city centre of Florence!!

Bed extremely firm (a preference some people may like). Missing a few basic extra touches, bottles of water, smart tv ect. We have stayed in 5 properties across Italy and this is the only property not providing them. Overall a decent 2 night stay and would still recommend for the location alone

I had a wonderful time at Guicciardini24. Dario was very attentive and helpful throughout my stay. The property is beautiful and close to many attractions. Great location

Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi, Pitti Palace, Duomo, and many other attractions, large and small, are minutes walking distance from the doorstep, yet inside the guest house and our room, one could have heard a pin drop it was so quiet. Strolling along the Arno is less than 5 minutes away, too. The room and bathroom were attractively and recently renovated; all quite comfortable. Staff is incredibly quick to reply to queries and very helpful, friendly, and professional.

Located in a perfect spot to enjoy Florence - wine windows, restaurants, shopping, and the bridge to walk across. The room was cutely decorated and had what we needed. The owner was very kind and helpful and made self check-in a breeze.

Florence as a whole is a bit pricey for mid-budget travelers. No issues with our accommodations, the stay was lovely.

Room was spacious and clean. Dario made us feel welcomed and was always available with any questions we had. We loved our stay in Florence and the property we chose was a big part of that. Highly recommend.
