The property was really clean. Each room had its own bathroom (I thought that the bathroom will be for two rooms). The room is really big and beatiful. Also the noise isolation from balcony is really good!

Everything was great. Laura is a true host—perhaps I can even say the best I’ve had so far. The environment is quiet and clean, and everything is nearby. Public transportation makes it easy to get around. I can only recommend it.

More of an information than a negative thing: If you stay here, be prepared to have to walk a little bit. You can always tipe in the adress beforehand to search for the route to your points of interest. However, there is a bus station right near the house so you can always use public transport around the city. We would book the same room for our next stay in Bergamo though, because we dont mind walking a bit and you don‘t find rooms like this in the city centre, that are affordable.

For my boyfriends birthday, we booked the room with the private bathroom. Everything from the check in to the room itself was perfect. It was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom feels like a luxury hotel and the balcony was very nice too. The bed is very comfy and everything is well equipped and well working. The shared kitchen is nice too. Laura is well organised and even sends you a Google Map with all her best recommendations for your stay. We could even text her on WhatsApp during the day to ask for the best spot to watch the sunset. She truly helped us to make the most of our stay! We could even leave our luggage with her for a few hours on our checkout day. THANK YOU Laura!

Great accommodation near the city center (3 km by walk less than 30 minutes by bus right in the Citta Alta). It's 10 minutes by bus to the train station and you are free to choose the Lake you fancy to visit. One hour to Milan, 1 hour to Lago di Lecco (and then to Como), 1 hour to Lago d'Iseo etc. Clean rooms, clean bathroom, comfortable bed, noise isolation of the room (the traffic from outside was almost muted) everything was just tip top :-) Special thanks to manager Laura who was very helpful and gave us great advices about traveling, tips what to visit and was very nice to talk with. If I'll visit Bergamo again, I would use the this accommodation again.

If you intend to cook anything then I will suggest to don’t, absolutely joke these electric stoves, for a quick tea coffee it’s ok, but not to cook.

It was wonderful! Laura is so hospitable that we didn't want to leave! Very attentive and caring! We are very glad that we met such a positive and kind person! Everything is perfectly clean, everything that was needed was there, change of bed linen and towels, Laura advised interesting locations, useful tips on where it is better to eat and see in the city and outside the city.. it was an unforgettable vacation! A little advice: if you have a teenage child, it is preferable to book another room.. I will only recommend Laura to my friends in Bergamo - you will not find better!

One of the sheets had some stains on it.

Location close to the train station and bus stops but citta alta is far for walking and you have to use a bus. There are some places for fast food and supermarkets around. The host is very friendly.

My stay at the apartment in Bergamo, Italy, was absolutely fantastic. The apartment was impeccably clean and equipped with everything I could possibly need, and even more. I was pleasantly surprised that I couldn't even use all the amenities available. What truly stood out was the incredible communication with the owner. For the first time, I experienced such professional and friendly service. The accommodation was excellent, and the valuable tips from the owner helped me make the most of my time in Bergamo. I have fond memories of this trip and would love to return. Highly recommended!

Accommodation was really perfect - new furniture, everything cozy and stylish. We felt there like at home. Everything was in the nearness as well - great caffe house with great croissants for breakfest, amazing pizzeria Pizzi Kotto really close to apartment, market,... We really appreciate perfect approach of owner Laura - she was very helpful, kind and willing to help us in any time and with everything through Whatsapp. She prepared map of city with her recommendations for us and she gave us perfect tip for buying of 3-days ticket for all transport in Lombardia. I definitely recommend!
