Dear Mr. Philippe, Thank you for choosing our hotel for your stay in Capri. First of all, we would like to point out that the room you booked for your stay is a Comfort room, at check-in we gave you a room that was renovated this year for free, a higher category (Garden View). Late in the evening of your check-in you asked to close one of the two door windows of the window, in less than a minute we went up to the room and it was done, we just had to turn the handle. After a couple of hours you asked to check the air conditioning, was only necessary to set the temperature on the thermostat, we went up again and we set the room to 16°, a very cold room. When you returned you complained again that the air conditioning was not working, even though everything was working perfectly, the air is centralized as well as all the rooms. We showed you 3 more rooms (all the rooms in the hotel have been renovated) but you did not want to accept. The next day you decided to leave even though in the morning you were asked again to change rooms but you only wanted a refund because the weather in Capri was cloudy and you decided to leave the island. From the comment left on Booking.com now you write that the bathroom and the bed sheets are old when everything is new, it seems like a retaliation against us because we didn't give you an undue refund. It's really unpleasant to read this comment which fortunately is a grain of sand in a desert of positive reviews, we always do our best to keep true Caprese hospitality high.
