I really like my stay at House LeoMar, it was close to everything I needed with several local beaches and a really nice breakfast bar just outside the house that I used almost everyday. If not the train station is so close and buses running regularly. Sara was super helpful with both the check in/out as well as any questions I had. The housekeeping team were also super polite and respectful. I would for sure stay here again if I visit the area.

The location is close to a railway line and within a busy housing complex with noisy owners and barking dogs. The rooms have stone floors and high ceilings ensuring that every voice, footstep and toilet flush resonates around the establishment.

The owners were absolutley brilliant and very helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was an excellent restaraunt and several bars within walking distance. I was provided with secure parking within the price of the room.

Everything was great- because we arrived quite late, the check in process was quite fiddly, but nothing major.

I loved the location- it's 2 stops on the train from the centre, but the area itself is a beautiful little harbour, with some good shops and bars. The room was large and very comfortable. The facilities were great- there was a kitchen area in the room with a table, though there is a note to say eating in the room isn't allowed, so I'm not really sure if you are supposed to use it or not. Parking on the seafront was very easy, and free.

Great location, as I didn't want to be in the middle of the city. Steps away from the sea/beach and I had a great walk up and down the coast, beautiful views at every turn. Easy to walk to the famous Boccadasse. The train station is really close and that made it very easy to get to Portofino for a day. I parked my car underneath but didn't need to use it during my stay. I had no problem finding deli's, bakeries, and restaurants within a short walk. Sara is a wonderful host. Wear earplugs if you are sensitive to any noise, I slept great.

Sara and her brother Philippo are fabulous hosts. Quick to respond. They made sure our stay was good. The room and bathroom were excptionally clean and the bed was cozy. Great location! We would definitely stay in one of their rooms again! Many thanks to them, they are amazing people!

This property was amazing. Located within a stone’s throw to the beach, local shops, bar, cafe and other amenities. Owners also are so nice people, and it is easy notice that they are looking after their properties. We as a couple felt so impressed. Definitely will recommend!

Wifi was very bad, noise entering the room from other guests, sounds come through walls and doors, temperature of airco is displayed in big digits illuminating the room, springs of mattress could disturb, no elevator for people having difficulty to move

Friendly and helpful owners, underground parking space (cars park behind eachother so arrangements between car owners are necessary), room was spacious and clean (we think not all the parfum sticks are needed), enough daylight, airco, close to train station Quarto de Mille (10 minutes walking) and train ticket to center of Genoa only costs 1,50 euro (just check carefully what train to take because not all trains stop in every station), sea is near (3 mins), coffee shop for breakfast is around the corner (3 mins)

Check in was quick. Staff very helpful. We asked for a kettle in the room. We got it straight away. They lent us an umbrella for the 4 days. We actually extended our stay. Location was a very short distance from the beach.

I would have liked a clothesline for my balcony - so humid out the clothes were constantly soggy !

Well located in a 'real' neighborhood inhabited by locals. Not touristy. Great for independent travelers who want to get out and see the area. The Basics within easy walking distance a few hundred meters or less - beach, supermarket, gelateria, coffee shop, bar, Quarta train station, a couple of nice restaurants. Very clean comfortable room that seemed recently renovated. AC and WiFi worked fine. Room is nothing fancy but a good value during the high season. Very helpful management - Filippo was just as kind and helpful as could be.No front desk per se, but they are reachable by phone or whatsapp or through the booking.com app, and respond pretty quickly, which I appreciated as a traveler on my own who speaks little Italian. Really enjoyed my stay.

close to beach. restaurants. easy access to bus. aero port transfers no problem. even at 05:00 am.
