Beautiful and centrally located in Borghetto with a private parking solution nearby. The apartment was very comfortable and the kitchen had all the essentials for cooking a meal (condiments excluded). Bed and pillows were comfy. The gelato place right downstairs was excellent as were all the food options in town. If you like gardens, visit Parco Giardino Sigurta. Staff was helpful.

A beautiful room overlooking the river, bridge and restaurants. It's just a stones throw away from San Marco and Borghetto isn't far from Valeggio. A fantastic getaway in Veneto

All was perfect

Located directly in the center of the village - exactly at the most scenic part of the river. Host / staff was very nice and helpful. super easy check-in and check-out - highly recommendable. Parking was also included in the stay and all restaurants for dinner and breakfast are just 2-3 minutes walk. - My dog was also welcome and the Air Condition was perfect ro cool off during the hot summer temperatures outside.

Staying at Vacanze nei Mulini was one of the most magical travel experiences I’ve ever had. The whole place feels like it’s been taken straight out of a storybook, charming old watermills, peaceful views, and that dreamy, romantic vibe you can only find in a place like Borghetto. The room was beautiful, clean, and full of character. You can really tell they’ve taken care to preserve the charm of the place while making it super comfortable. Everything was spotless and cozy. But what really made the experience even better was the staff. Every person we met was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. This isn’t just a place to sleep, it’s a place to slow down, breathe, and feel like you’re somewhere truly special. I honestly didn’t want to leave. If you’re thinking of visiting Borghetto, don’t hesitate. This place is unforgettable.

There's no pool available.

It's a fantastic place to stay for a couple of days. The location is exceptional, and the apartment we stayed in had an authentic Italien feeling. The hostess was very friendly and we felt really welcomed. The apartments are located between restaurants and small stores, so you have to accept that there's people 'around' you all the time (we didn't have any problems with it).

The building is old, so things like power points are in short supply - but that’s to be expected!

Borghetto is an absolutely delightful place, and this is situated on the river - literally! The apartment was full of character with a lovely outlook.

The village is tiny - it feels like there are only 12 houses. Most people visit for the day but its well worth staying longer if you want to explore further afield by bike. I stayed 5 nights but 4 would have been ideal. Its the most amazing place

What a joy staying in a historic mill in the middle of a river! Its so small and beautiful, like a tiny jewel. So many restaurants and many chances to try the local 'love knot' pasta

The suite of rooms 'Giardino' has the river on one side and a mill race on the other. It has a narrow strip of private garden jutting out between the two flows. There was a Gazebo with tables and chairs. Brilliant place to sit. High 30's centigrade outside but v efficient aircon inside. I will definitely try to come back!

There were some small issues with the fuses. When you turn on the stove and the kettle at the same time, the fuse will shut off the power. It's not significant, but can cause some confusion. The sum of it all: We had a very pleasant stay at Borghetto Nei Mulini!

13 hotels in one trip and this was by far my favourite. Spotlessly clean, beautifuly furnished and the best location in the village an absolute gem.

The internet was really bad. That accounts for general mobile coverage as well as for the hotel Wifi. If you are planing a work&travel stay you might choose another location.

Top Location directly in the prime spot of Vallegio. Spacious room, great shower and useable kitchen.

With nothing open before 10am, we would have appreciated a coffee maker rather than instant packs so we could relax outdoors in the solitude of the morning views while enjoying our morning coffee.

We absolutely loved everything about Il Borghetto - Il Giardino! Picturesque location, comfortable accommodations, super friendly staff!

The first night was hot, and a small air conditioner might have helped. But that was minor.

The location next to, almost in the river was wonderful.

This was one of the most beautiful, quaint and romantic places I have ever stayed! Our hosts welcomed us with warmth and were always there to give us a helping hand when we needed. The apartments are so beautifully decorated, and we had a small private terrace which was directly on the River Mincio. You could go out there and watch the birds on the water, and listen to the flow of the river. There was also a table down by the river with two chairs where we could drink wine, eat nibbles and watch the world go by. Right outside the front door, you are just a step away from restaurants, bars and little shops. We rented bikes from just a 10-minute walk away, and this too was a simple process.

Having to leave.

The location is as good as it gets. The staff were magnificent and Chiara was a stress saver by resolving a car problem I had (Avis were rubbish) It is positioned among some superb eating facilities and easy travel to Lake Garda, Verona etc. It was just so perfect for us and your star rating needs another couple of notches beyond excellent.
