We were told that we had use of all facilities and when we arrived we were told that we couldn't use the downstairs kitchen at all. Only use of coffee machines. It was advertised that we had use of everything including the dishwasher and kitchen. There was a small kitchenette in the upstairs room that we could use however it was up 4 flights of very traditional stairs and couldn't be managed by many. The host was very present which didn't feel as if we had independence of the use of property, we were told we had the property felt more like a hotel set up rather than an apartment style. No washing machine. Rooms themselves were excellent just facilities were misleading

Excellent rooms, showers, modern and great size. Location was exceptional and the place was clean and well designed. We had all 5 rooms as we had a large family. Pulley system was great to get bags up to higher floors. Very helpful as stairs were not easy to navigate. The top floor has a great patio which overlooks the town, really nice if you manage the narrow staircase

What did we like? Everything! The building has been fully refurbished and they have thought of every little thing to make your stay comfortable. It is fully optioned. From USB points to multiple shower heads to special lighting when you arrive back at night! So many features. Best beds and pillows ever! The security is first class. The decor is lovely and made us feel relaxed. No need to drag your big luggage up the stairs. Their unique pulley system on the outside of the building brings your bags up to the bedroom french doors! The communication was fantastic. Information was sent prior, ready for our arrival. The owners/staff are super friendly and asked us daily if we required anything. The location is 30 metres from Il Corso where there are shops, cafes and restaurants. This place is truly a 'must stay at' in Nicastro! When we go back we wont even bother with any other place.

A few of our rooms had issue with A/C temperature. Getting the luggage to our rooms was quite an experience - not bad - but the process was very unique.

Absolutely everything was perfect. The house where the apartment is situated is probably the nicest house in the whole town. I haven´t see for ages such a beautifly renovated house where you do not find anything what wouldnt be done precisely. The staff and the owner willing to help you with everythig, giving good advice what and where to visit.

The rooms were clean and well decorated. It felt really nice to come back to after a long day of exploring the city. Barbara was extremely helpful and friendly. Always available via text and gave so many great recommendations. The location was so close to the big pedestrian areas and was easy to get around. There was available parking even during busy hours. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

The B&B is well situated in the centre of town, with parking available either directly outside or within 50m. There are bars and excellent restuarants just a two minute walk away offering local food. The B&B is incredibly clean and well kept, with very comfortable beds and efficient and easy to control aircon in the rooms. I rarely leave reviews, but I have to say that if you are looking for a base to explore Lamezia or the wider area, you should consider staying at Il Canto di Ligea.

"The location of the apartment is perfect, very close to the center. The room is truly beautiful, with a modern style and lots of handy equipment. The bed is very comfortable, and the place is extremely hygienic and clean. The view from the balcony is also outstanding. The two ladies are incredibly hospitable, kind, and welcoming. From beginning to end, they make you feel at home. They regularly check in on you and are always ready to help if you need anything. I had an amazing stay!"
