The directions to the property were not clear and it took a long time to find the correct place. It would be helpful if you included turn into the street with the sign Kinky - there is also a shop Adams which would be a useful landmark .It could do with some additional electric sockets . The Tv did not have a guide in other languages and so we could not use it

It is in a great location easy walk into walled city of Lucca.

I had a room on the ground floor, and the aircons for all rooms are under the window of the sleeping room. There is also a sitting area close to the window, and other guests were sitting and chatting there in the evening. It means it's was a bit noisy and not easy to rest after a long day.

Comfortable bed, new bathroom, close to the centre and easy to communicate with.

It was difficult to find It is not 15 mins from the center We had to hire s scooter. No mugs for drinking hot drinks. We left you two. No place to dry anything.

It was clean Bed was comfortable Towels were changed A/C worked well Shower was very good Bistro across the road very good Staff very friendly Layla at the establishment ( rooms) and her friend were such nice people.

Coffee and tea in a glass..... I would have liked a mug or cup with a handle.

The location was easy to find and had parking on site. It was a secure room in a pleasant villa but so convenient for walking into the old town. Up the road, turn left, through the underpass and the city walls are right in front of you.

Didn’t like the toilet outside the room, to be reached through half-floor steps. For breakfast, only a kettle (and no water tap in the room) two glasses and some instant coffee and tea.

Good location, close enough for walking to Lucca center, and leaving the car parked on location.

There was a tea/coffee kettle in the room. To use it, we had to place it on the floor since there was no electrical outlet near the shelf where it was located. One thing, which the host was kind enough to remedy for us, was the subject of the lack of proper drinking glasses or cups. The paper "cups" were totally useless for the purpose of drinking hot coffee or tea, and using paper cups for drinking wine is just wrong. I would have expected a nice place like this to do better than what one would normally get in a cheap motel in the U.S.

The location was perfect for exploring Lucca on foot. Host was very helpful in getting us checked in. Though there was outdoor noise (trains constantly passing just meters from the house) the windows had good sound-proofing to enhance sleeping.

Coffee was not provided until our second day after we purchased our own. The cups provided for hot beverages were terrible (paper).

The location was great. Easy access to the city center and train station.

There was noise from the other guests in the house so it has poor insulation. They should put 2 mugs in the room. They have some tea bags and 2 plastic cups and got burned because the plastic cups get weak with hot drinks. Our mistake but please put 2 mugs in the room.

The shower was really good and we loved the location because it was close to the city wals but not inside the city so no noise from the streets outside. Nice terrace.

It's a fair walk to the old town of Lucca down a quite busy main road with very narrow pavements.

The location is primarily residential although we found an excellent wine bar L'Isolotto just around the corner on the main road. Excellent wine and beer choices, food served and wonderful hosts Helena and Riccardo. We had some great evenings when the walk into town seemed just a bit too far.

Check-in was easy. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious, the bed was comfortable and all was very clean. AC worked well. We had a lovely stay!

It was hard to determine the proper place for us to park on the street.

Staff was so nice! We had an Emergency getting my niece ready for her wedding. Someone came to the property to let us use their iron! AC was great!

It is a bit of a walk to the town and to any shops or cafe.

Really nice property. Large rooms and bathroom. Good ac and room also had a fridge. Everything seemed new. I would think it was recently refurbished. No staff on site, but the cleaning staff were nice and helpful.

Kettle supplied which was great but only paper cups which made it difficult to drink tea and coffee, and only a couple provided. No mugs or ceramic cups , apparently due to licence that they hold. The staff sent more around very quickly . Great wardrobe , looked lovely but only a few hangers and no shelves so not very practical storage space . Virtual check in .. no real contact with hosts other than WhatsApp

Nice place with very clean room, modern bathroom with good shower and great location . Fridge in the room to put drinks to cool which was handy . Only about 15 mins walk to the old town so an ideal base to access the old town. Terrace at front to sit and relax and also parking on site for only 2 euro.

The super sad old dog we could see out the bathroom window - felt so very sad and sorry for him. He looks ignored and abandoned by his owners now he is old. I cried it was so upsetting.

Convenient location to the train station and walking into the old part of town. The room was clean and functional. We were able to store our bicycles safely and securely. Able to dry our hand washing on a small rack out the back of the property. By luck we saw the Miglia 1000 in the old town - super interesting seeing 110 Ferrari's. Some nice food options in the old town, nothing much nearby though.

Difficult to find at first, but easy once I got oriented.
