Checking into the place was a mess. There was no staff present so I was waiting to get in for about 10 minutes before a couple who was staying opened the door for me. I had to call asking which room was mine. Others ran into this situation too I had to let other guests in and explain they had to call just like I did. Another minor complaint is that there's some people that hangout on the street below and can be a bit loud

Location is close enough to just about everything I wanted to see. Room has just about everything you need. Shared bathroom wasn't a problem I didn't have any situation where I was waiting for my turn to use it

Little noisy from the street, but it is the very center of a large tourist city. Anyway I slept well

Great location, 3 minutes walk to Ufficci. The room was quite comfortable, so was the bed. Staff was very helpful.

Very very noisy, not even that much from the street, but rather from the building itself. You could literally hear everything - from main door opening, through any single movement in the hallways and rooms, to the bathrooms.

The location is excellent! Hardly could be better really. The facilities are old but at least they were trying to maintain it clean as much as it allows. I was even surprised that a daily room cleaning was offered. We were in August and it was extremely hot - there are no ACs in the rooms but they have some decent fans, so it was actually bearable and even comfortable from a temperature perspective. I saw many complaints about it that's why I am sharing - i wouldn't say it's a huge issue really.

The room wasn't clean enough, could find hair and some stains on the bed sheets. The stairs were steep as well with no elevator but it was OK unless u are not fit enough to carry your luggage.

The location was awesome, central to literally every touristic attraction in florence you can walk to anywhere.

Have to navigate some series of steps internally to the shared bathrooms. Maybe challenging for mobility impaired people.

Only the issue is no sleep during the night. Neighbourhood bars are ruining it: laud drunk noise doesn’t let you enjoy good sleep until 5a.m.

Check in is not easy or intuitive. There’s no front desk so you have to call multiple times before they answer so they can let you in. There is no staff available at the property to help with any issues. I messaged them and didn’t get an answer. Didn’t have hot water. It is a very loud street, you hear the sounds from outside all night, as well all the noise from other guests as they are waking into the toilette.

Noisy crowds outside till the deep night. No kettle and refrigerator in the kitchen so we couldn't make a good breakfast by ourselves. There was no information about checking in in advance, so we had to wait outside for about an hour till the host contacted us.

Good location and price. Water in hotel. Room design. Big bathrooms. There was always at least one free bathroom.

The roads around are very noisy, even at night and with the windows closed. The cleaner was the only person we met. Nobody checked us in or out. They simply unlocked the door, remotely, and left our keys on the desk. My fob didn't work and nobody changed it, although the lady who answered the phone said she would do it, so I have to rely on my friend to get in and out

my room was right next to reception so if i slept past 9am there was a little noise.

i booked this room last minute and enjoyed a huge room with some gorgeous windows. there was alot of closet space and a couch. Wifi was super fast which was great as I was working. the location is perfect! shared bathroom was always kept clean.

The check-in was a little odd, but nothing crazy. Word of advice: there's a café bar very close to the hotel, their capuccinos are 4 euros wtf are those prices. Buy your coffee somewhere else, this is not Copenhagen were coffee costs you an eye off of your face.

The room was clean, it had terrific location, close to the Uffizi and the Old Bridge.

Strange thing with acoustics, all sounds from street were amplified. Not suitable for a light sleeper.

Very close to the Uffizi gallery. Nice clean room.
