We read the other reviews about the stairs, and yep. They're narrow and steep. But seriously worth it. Be prepared for it, get your luggage up there and enjoy the rest of your stay! It's an old building, as are most in Italy!

Location location location!!! Sunrise through the window on the 3rd floor terrace was stunning. The room was super comfortable and very quiet as well. Easy access to the main town, and easy walk to Civita di Bagnoregio as well which is a must. The coffee shop nearby - Bona Ventura Caffetteria Italiana became our local morning cappuccino and Cornetto spot, just yum. Lots of restaurants as suggested by our host too. Parking was easy as well, with the car being a couple of hundred meters down the road.

The staff was amazing. I arrived early and was able to check in, no problem. They are very attentive to messages always responding immediately. The property and rooms were immaculate. It was, by far, the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in. They even arranged for a taxi to pick me upon a Sunday.

The owner was very kind and waited to greet us at the door. Gave us a permit to park for free which was very handy. The room was great and had a separate area for the third bed. It was immaculately clean with good quality towels. Location was perfect, walking distance to the bridge to get to Civita di Bagnoregio … which was stunning and well worth a visit. Staying so close meant we could go in the afternoon/evening and return in the dark, avoiding the crowds of tourists 👍

A bit hard to find, make sure you call the hosts to guide you in. But once we knew where it was, it was a great location on the main street central to everything.

Great location and a very nice room with a balcony overlooking the square and nice privacy between the main bedroom and the room with the extra bed. Very nice hosts who guided us to the room. Free parking was a huge bonus expecially for a town with limited parking. Snacks and coffee in the room were an unexpected bonus

The lighting in the main bedroom in the apartment was a little too low, and there wasn’t a full length mirror.

The floors were understandably cold, I would recommend all travelers in winter to bring your own bedroom slippers.

Convenient location near restaurants and the public parking (with permit). The showers were fantastic - hot and good water pressure, very much a godsend in winter. Checking in and out were seamless and they even allowed us to check in early.

When we arrived we telephoned to say we were there and someone came to meet us immediately. They gave us the names of good restaurants . The location was the best and was an easy walk to the old city.

Outside you wouldn't imagine the lovely decorated rooms inside. We got parking sorted easily with the owner's support. Communications were clear and made via booking app.

The owner is very nice, he gave us a lot of suggestions. If you arrive with your car he will provide you a pass to park 100 meters from the structure. He gave us the bigger room even if we booked the smaller one. The room was very nice and clean with all the amenities (including the sleepers). Breakfast is available at a small bar close to the B&B (owner will provide you a coupon…the croissants in that bar are very very good). Of course a visit to Civita di Bagnoregio can be done easily from the B&B.
