Great accommodation for an over night stay to get to the airport early next day

It was the perfect location to get an early flight in Rome. It's just 10 mins away from the airport and there is plenty of space to park your car. Finding parking spots is tricky in Italy.

A very nice little B&B located about a 10-minute taxi ride from the Rome airport. We have stayed here several times, and it’s always enjoyable, especially on the night before the long flight back home.

Close to airport. Very comfy bed and good shower. The host was very accommodating, helping get bags up the stairs and drove us to the airport early next morning with a takeaway breakfast which was nice.

The owners are so nice and helpful. This sis o close to the airport, perfect for those early morning flights. Less than a 10 minute drive and no traffic, like the GRA. Good restaurants all around as well!

Small room, small shower, no facilities for the luggage (had to open it on the floor). Old bed with a poor matress (hard as a stone, a BIG no no). Airplanes taking off are heard in the room until 1am (fortunately, not too loudly). Overall, had a night with very little sleeping time.

It is a family-owned house with 2 rooms, located only 3km from the airport. Friendly owner who helped us carry our heavy luggage one floor up (there's no elevator). A welcome bottle of water. A new bathroom, hot water in shower across the day. Two open shelves for the cloths (since there's no closet in the Beatrice room). Fair breakfast with coffee, yogurt, fruit, cereales, apricot cake, croissant (unfortunately no omlet, cheese or vegetables as shown in the photos). Free street parking just outside the B&B. Fair value for money, mainly due to convenient location.

The bathroom drain didn't have a working stopper but that was okay. They are kind of located near an industrial area and not many places to get food nearby. I did walk on the highway for about 15 minutes at night (felt safe) to a farm & table restaurant nearby which was ok and a bit expensive.

It was relatively close to the airport and Costanino arranged a taxi to pick me up at the airport and take me back the next day for my flight home. I had planned to take the public bus but my plane was delayed and it was dark out so I'm so grateful to the owners & Paola for providing the taxi service at a discounted price. The continental breakfast and cappucino was delicious. There so many amazing choices and wished I could eat them all. The croissants (chocolate, my favorite), fruit and yogurt were all scrumptious! Thank you!

Nothing exceeded expectations.

Perfect location if you need a night or two close to the airport or looking for an escape from Rome by the seaside. Plenty of restaurants and cafes close in walking distance. Extremely comfortable, tidy and clean room. The breakfast was exceptional and the host was incredible to meet all our expectations and needs. Would highly recommend to stay there.

The room was clean and spacious. The host was incredibly helpful with all information about the buses and also he dropped me off at the airport at 4 am with breakfast packed! So amazing. He even was understanding when he had to wait for me when I arrived late. Highly recommend for your last night in Rome if you have an early flight.

The kitchen is very cozy . The host and hostess were excellent . They pick us up at the airport and took us back to the airport .

I love our kitchen there . Very nice and the host and hostess were very kind. We love everything about the place. If you want to stay close to Fiumicino airport, you should stay there. Only thing we didn’t get to stay there long because we had to explore other places in Rome, Venice etc. The food is lovely and the coffee(cafe Americano is excellent. Thank you and we will stay there again.
