How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Owner and his wife very hospitable. The rooms were very clean. Location was a very short walk to the beach, even tho we didn't get to enjoy it! Many restaurants within walking distance. Only about 15 minutes to the Rome airport so very convenient. A enjoyable stay.

It is a great location, close to Fiuminico beach. Staff was very friendly as well, rooms clean and well prepared. We really enjoyed our stay.

The shower swayed unpredictably between cold and hot, sometimes becoming very hot or cold at a time without us doing anything.
Rino was lovely - great restaurant recommendation and he personally shuttled us to the airport for our flight in the early morning. The room was very cozy and romantic, thank you so much!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Fiumicino. The hosts, Rino and Riosa, were very kind and welcoming – they greeted us with coffee and water, and even gave us a ride to the airport. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and it was possible to extend our stay for a few extra hours, which was very convenient. The location is great, close to the airport and also near the beach. Highly recommended!

It's a minus, but I missed breakfast. Italy has super delicious coffee and I missed it when I woke up.
I am from Latvia and thank you very much to the hosts of the accommodation. Everything was very nice, the rooms were clean, the bed linen was white as snow, the sea was close by! The hosts are very nice and always ready to help. I will definitely come back here! Thank you for the opportunity!

It was a great stay! the hosts are fantastic and helpful, will collect you from airport and assist with whatever you need. A perfect location, close to the airport and just steps from the beach. Would absolutely stay here again.

I needed a place for one night near the airport and this accommodation was perfection. The host was very kind and was able to pick me up and drop me back off at the airport. He recommended a great restaurant for dinner and I was even able to jump into the sea. It was great!

Lots of stairs and no elevator, However, host brought my two suitcases up and down the stairs.
Hosts were super helpful and willing to ferry me to the beach and restaurant.

There were some minor issues in the room like the shower water heat being inconsistent, but still everything was fine overall.
I stayed here for one night before my flight on the next day early morning. The room satisfied my expectations. The hosts are also super nice and offer you a transit to the airport too.

Rino was a very kind gentleman with us. We picked us up in the airport at 2am and bring us to the nearest train station to Rome next day. He offered us a lot of recommendations about transportation and places. A very beautiful Beach in 2 minutes away by walking. The room is in a renovated building with private bathroom

Rino and Rosa were wonderful hosts. They welcomed us to their home and generously helped us carry our heavy luggage up to our room & for our departure as well . Rino was also very helpful with recommendations for great coffee. We highly recommend their place especially for airport transiting.

The hosts especially. Yelling and screaming at your guests at every moment and clearly showing everyone around that you are a nuisance in his life. It is very unwelcoming. The smell of the sewer was disturbingly strong in the room and the bed had an odd stain on it. The toilet 4 tries to flush every time. We were also given 3 keys to close 3 doors and yet we closed one front door for our safety, and apparently he did not have the key for that one. !GIANT FIRE HAZARD! We were not informed about this before our stay because he clearly didnt want us there. A short-and-sweet turned quick-and-nasty stay.
