On first impression, the room seemed quite small but in practice there was plenty of space for us to store all our clothes and there is excellent outdoor space, pool and use of the outdoor kitchen if required.

Francesca was an excellent host; she made us feel very welcome and comfortable and gave us some great recommendations of places to visit. The location is perfect - just a few minutes drive from Ostuni and in a very peaceful area. The room is well equipped and there is plenty of storage space for luggage/clothes etc. The breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Everything was very clean and the room was serviced every day. The additional outdoor shower is great!

The yellowjackets in the area were a bit of a nuisance but she was keeping us protected with traps and nets around the eating area. Otherwise - no complaints about anything else.

We enjoyed the peacefulness and privacy yet close enough to the town to easily explore and enjoy the excitement of that area as well. The property was so relaxing we hated to leave. And the pool area was equally wonderful. Our hostess Francesca was helpful with what to see in the area and enjoyable to talk with. Overall, a great place. The breakfast was also wonderful - we filled out our breakfast request the afternoon before. The rooms were modern as were the bathrooms - really nicely done. We would definitely return.

Everything was amazing, it is very special and unique. The owner is a wonderful host, nothing was too much trouble. Truly the perfect spot to switch off and relax.

Nothing, it was excellent

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Il Trullino. The property is very contemporary and beautifully designed. The comfortable bed and delicious breakfast made for a relaxing stay. It consists of only two rooms so we often had the pool area to ourselves. The private outdoor shower was a hit! Francesca the excellent host is extremely knowledgeable about Puglia and is happy to recommend restaurants and local towns worth visiting. Nothing was too much trouble. Il Trullino is a couple of minutes drive to Ostuni with its numerous restaurants and bars. It is also a short drive to the beach.

There is no public transport nearby, so a car or taxi really is a must!

Not being able to stay longer :)

Il Trullino is a tastefully architectured stay in Ostuni, which is very closely located to the Ostuni village, yet also away from all the noise. The entire premises is a treat for the eyes and the soul where you can rest on the patio between the olive trees. One side of the patio has a gorgeous view of the olive trees and the sea, and the other part gives you a picturesque glimpse of the Ostuni village. The room is very spacious with generous storage room, fridge, kettle and always renewed drinking water. Our hostess Francesca is very attentive, she offers a delicious breakfast with a variety of options. It’s been a true pleasure to stay there and get to know Francesca. An unforgettable dreamy stay!

Around a 20-30 min walk to Ostuni town centre - so can be a bit longer in summer if planning to walk!

Super happy with this accomodation! Stunning accomodation in a stunning location - we had a room with an outdoor shower which was amazing in summer! Great breakfast served outside under the olive trees! Safe parking available! Could not recommend this accomodation enough!

The room was new, and everything was of the highest quality. The outdoor shower was a cool feature. It was a great place to use as a base for exploring Puglia with our rental car. We really wish we had had more days to spend there. The breakfast was really good. The hostess had lots of good advice.
