When we arrived the room had not been cleaned; the sheets and towels had not been changed, the trash had not been thrown out and the cups were dirty and used. We had to wait for over an hour for someone to come and clean, which was extremely disappointing considering we arrived well past check-in/check-out time and were exhausted from traveling all day. They did not provide blankets, only a sheet. Finally, the shower was literally falling off the hinges and it was a hassle getting in and out of the shower, there was also nowhere to put any shower products. The best part about this place is the location, but overall it was not a very comfortable stay.

There are not elivator and we r booking in the four floor and having 4 big bags

The location of the property is perfect for a couple days of seeing the best sights. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The keypad security system removes the worry of misplacing keys which helps make things easier.

The bathroom lock did not work which can be quite alarming when you don’t know who else is staying within the property. The lack of cleanliness in the bathroom is worrying, the sink is also held up by paint pots.

The location was excellent. The staff very responsive. Comfy large bed.

Some cheap shabby furniture. Noisy at night.

The location is really good! You can reach the main monuments and museums easily. The hosts are really kind and easy to reach by phone/whatsapp. Smooth communication.

The location is perfect. Travelers with a lot of luggage should mind the stairs but it really is a good neighborhood. The communication via WhatsApp with the manager/owner was very good & I appreciated that I was able to leave my luggage a little early.

Unfortunately, there were signs of damp/mold in the common area and bathroom. A sign on the door would be helpful to remind all guests not to deadbolt it as I had a close call.

The location was great, the bed was comfy, there was a vending machine if needed, coffee in the room

Location is really good. I can walk to a lot of spots. Pillows and mattress really comfortable. Hosts are nice and efficient

I've seen former comments mentioning noise and mosquitoes, and they are true. It is really noisy at night, half because the window is not sound-proof, and half because there are lots of talking on the streets(maybe there is a bar). And I killed 3 mosquitoes in the room.

The room was bigger than expected. We had the deluxe room and this included a lounge space and sofa bed. The location of the property was good for exploring the city. The air conditioning was wonderful. We had fridge space to chill our water. The host was very friendly (via WhatsApp) and always responsive to answer questions etc. We met friends here so the communal area was shared with people we knew.

This was only a two apartment flat with a shared living area, it would be best to book with someone else so you are sharing the flat with people you know ( which is what we did). It is called a B&B so we thought breakfast was included but it wasn’t and there was not facilities on site to provide breakfast. There are a lot of stairs to get up to this property, this was fine for us but others may not find it accessible.

Great location but very poor experience overall. The b&b is located on the third floor with no elevators but each floor is up two pairs of very narrow and steep staircases so it is effectively a sixth floor. The room was stinky and so was the separate bathroom. The b&b only has two rooms one “superior” and one “deluxe”, with the superior having an external bathroom that is not at all “superior” in any way. The host put up a lot of issues to issue an invoice and I had to call an infinite amount of time to get a paper summarising the amount I paid that I could use for work purposes. They do not offer extra cleanings nor extra towel services. The communal area is endowed of a very noisy vending machine that kept me awake at night. The general furnishing was very very cheap and basic - especially in the bathroom. Cleaning was unsatisfactory.

The room was not at all up to the “superior” standard advertised. The external bathroom was smelly and not very clean and so was the room. The host created a lot of problems when asked to provide a proper invoice.

The location is within walking distance to all the museums and the center of town. The bed was comfortable and the view out the window was beautiful.

The room was a bit noisy at night due to being near a bar.

Location was the best It's in the middle of it all, you wake up and you're in the action! Everything is close, any you road you choose to go, you'll find something historical after few minutes of walking.. Host answer any request in no time There are only two rooms for rent and a hall in this apartments, we slept in Superior room under door with code lock, same goes for the bathroom (which is GREAT, always hot water and HUGE shower place) Mattress is great Worth the money

Stairs, this is the only unattractive thing related to this apartments.. If you are elderly or have a big suitcase, it might apset you,, 50 stairs up, beside it, it was great..
