Only note is that it has stairs which may be difficult for older travellers. Also- the keys- while nice to have some old ones, always weight down and with just one pair it’s hard to manage in a group. Keypads would be better.

Wonderfully decorated and not crowded. Really silent as well and a good common space if needed. Bathroom was great.

I loved everything! Absolutely nothing to complain about!

I loved everything: the charming building, the cozy feel of the apartment, and the spacious, modern, and clean room we stayed in. Wasn’t expecting it to be so spacious, but both the bedroom and the bathroom are very spacious. I would like to thank Cristina for everything! She was so kind and generous with her time. I needed help with some things and she very generously helped me out with everything. She is one of the loveliest people I have met! I have visited Bergamo before (medical reasons) and stayed at different hotels during my visits, but In Centro Glam was by far the best place I stayed at! Once again, I thank Cristina for everything! The best place to stay at if you are traveling to Bergamo!

Cristina was super great host, she prepared very good breakfast, cleaned the room every day. We could stay in the room little longer as it was raining and we could leave our luggage in the apartment. The flat is close to train station and few minutes by foot to the funicular to old town. I really recommend Cristina’s flat, it was perfect.

Everything was very good. To be picky, maybe some detail in the cleaning, but everything was very clean!

The arriving to the place was well indicated by Cristina. The room is wide, bright and airy. The bed is very comfortable. It has air conditioner so it was a plus as it was hot. The bathroom has all that you need for the staying. Ideal for one or two nights. Cristina was very kind and I love that she is in the place to give you the keys. I had my train late in the afternoon so I could leave my luggage there while I was walking in the city. Definitely I will back and recommend to friends and family to stay in In Centro Glam.

Everything was perfect, the apartment is in a good location, near the entrance of the old town and very close to shopping/walking area. The host was extremely friendly and polite keeping the property ultra clean and in a good condition. The one and only thing I didn’t like was that we have to share it with another people at the same time, but it’s fine.

The lady who runs it was so nice and helpful we had to check out by 10.30am but our flight wasn't till the night and we where able to leave our bags there till the evening have us a key which was so handy to collect our bags later..very helpful

Initially the consultation with Ms. Christina for late check in, was amazing and very informative. The room with the private bathroom, as we expected, comfortable and very clean! The location is perfect, almost in the city center and very close to the train station. Christina discreetly there for any help and information. I happily recommend it!

Close to center and train station, but in quiet street. Really nice owner, we could leave the luggages before and after, great communication. Good size room for 3, with clean bathroom and big shower. Good heat in the room. Cafes and shopping nearby, airport bus stops at the corner. I would definitely come back.

The property was near the centre and near the train station, it had few minutes walk till the bus to airport. The owner was excellent she gave us many tips and let us leave our lugged after the stay until our flight! Very good price and location.

Lovely place! Central and convenient location! Great places for food close to the location. Cristina is a lovely and friendly host, paying attention to details, clean rooms and perfect common area for breakfast! She was very helpful, ordering a taxi and also giving advice about food/restaurants, etc.. we appreciate that she came to meet us although the key would be theoretically available in the locked safe box! The atmosphere or the apartment is cosy and you feel like home!

The floor was a bit dusty but other than that everything was just perfect.

The room was really spacious, we had a lot of privacy. The room was very beautiful and clean. The host was coming in to clean everyday which was a nice surprise. The location is perfect. Everything is around the corner, the shops, restaurants, city centre, you don't even have to take the public transport. It was amazing and pleasant stay, really worth the price paid. We wish we could stay a bit longer there. Cristina was very helpful and gave us many recommendations in the very beginning of our stay. Thank you so much!

There is no lift, so had to carry heavy cases up 2 flights of stairs. (It didn’t really bother us, but may be a consideration for elderly people). Bedroom opened directly onto kitchen/breakfast area.
