The luggage storage is basically just leaving your bags at the entrance. There’s no one there, only a surveillance camera, and I don’t think anyone is actually monitoring it all the time.

We really liked the modern style of the room, as well as how clean and well-equipped it was. The neighborhood is very calm and pretty. It’s not very close to the main attractions, but it’s still a great location overall.

We had a very pleasant stay at this guest house. The room was extremely clean, and the check-in process was very easy. The metro station is about 800 meters away, which is very convenient for visiting the city. I urgently needed an iron, which was not in the room, but the host reacted immediately and brought it to me very quickly – something I truly appreciated. In the room, we found coffee for the entire stay, and a very nice touch were the two little bags of Haribo, which made us feel very welcome. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

There were 3 of us so we used both sofabeds and the double bed. All very clean and comfortable. Aircon was good. Excellent location in a good neighbourhood. Carrefour supermarket round the corner (the small fridge was really useful). Coffee and Nespresso machine provided. Number 60 bus from the next street takes you in to the Duomo. Great communications from the owner via WhatsApp. We had a minor issue with not enough bedding when we arrived but this was rectified within an hour by some very friendly cleaning ladies!

Our room was downstairs where there was so much humidity. AC helped at night, but you could see so much mold had formed on the water pipes in the bedroom, which of course is a health hazard

The apartment was located in a nice neighborhood and was very easy to access. Check-in was seamless and completely automated, and facilities felt new and in good condition.

No major downsides. The only thing would be that some things lack instructions. Like the screen you scan your card on to enter works well, but has a few confusing icons on it, and same for the safe. I don't see the no reception or location as negatives since you know what you get before hand.

Spacious, clean, comfortable and very modern. The room had everything you could want. Big TV with stuff to watch, free amenities, toiletries, a great AC, coffee machine etc, and the support was really quick to respond whenever I had a question. The location seems a bit far but was really only about a 15-20 minute walk to the center. Great value, highly recommend.

The property was located in a nice neighbourhood, with lots of comune transport stations. The property was secured with 3 door. The room and the bathroom were new and clean with all the facilities. I would recommend this place if you want a nice stay in Milan.

Very comfortable quiet new location near the cool places and near the airport. The room was in a semi basement which means we heart court yard happening early in the morning and there was little daylight but it didn’t bother us much as we were out the whole time. Very Nice and responsive owner.
