Awesome cozy place with very kind owner. We liked it so much! Anna let us check in earlier, made delicious breakfast… Just lovely! It was one of the best stay in Puglia. Will be back for sure, if I’ll be in Polignano-a-Mare again.

Anna, and her husband are exceptional host taking great pride in assisting in any and all manners. In our case, they helped us get to the boat tour, and without their help, we would have missed it due to weather conditions. The breakfast is varied and delicious, room is kept clean every day, and whatever other help we needed, they gladly provided it to us. Thank you Annan.

Stay here for the wonderful host, Anna and the excellent location! Anna goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service and shows complete joy when doing it! The breakfast is a table of delicious homemade and local foods. We chose the secured parking for 5 euros a day and it was convenient. The apartment is literally 2 blocks from the center of town. It is a small apartment and the bed and shower are a bit small if you are tall but all manageable. We highly recommend this B&B.

Very nice accommodation with a beautiful terrace and truly hearty breakfasts. Very kind and helpful hosts. Absolutely close to the city center, everything within walking distance. We highly recommend it.

The B&B has a good location and we could park our car very close for free. The room was on the upper floor with a big terrace where we enjoyed the view on the city. In the morning we were served a huge breakfast with fresh products. We will not hesitate to book again if we return to Polignano a Mare.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, perfectly located right by the historic center. There are cafés and restaurants nearby, and the host was very helpful — Ms. Anna even arranged great breakfasts on the terrace. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Very special place.its location is great,5 minutes walk to Lama Monachile beach and Centro storico, but the true value of Io, te e il mare are the rooms themselves which rise well above the pragmatic standard.Anna is a great hostess and her amazing breakfast which is mentioned in almost all the reviews indeed worth the praises.we booked this apartment carious to find out if the rare rating of the apartment is justified and found out it really is.highly and warmly recommended

Great apartment, clean and only a short walk to wonderful restaurants and bars. Anna delivered an incredible breakfast spread in the morning which we enjoyed on the rooftop terrace!

All good. But if you’re huge, the bath cubicle may be an issue, it was small but it’s fine for me.

Much better than expected👍👍Awesome place! Very central! Few minutes walk to everywhere: the bus stop/train station/old town square/the famous Lama Monachile. Super clean place! Superb host👍 Anna provided a wholesome breakfast too, it was yuuuum! Early check in allowed too & storage of luggage after check out, thanks a ton Anna🙏much appreciated! The kitchen is on the terrace & was equipped with induction cooker, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, will be good for weeklong travellers but we’re there for 1 night only & had coffee on the house👍 Property has a master bedroom & a smaller room with double decker bed & it has a balcony with a sit out. Sit out is on the terrace too by the side of the kitchen. Can easily house a family of 4. Wonderful place!

Everything!!!! The property, location, host, amenities, breakfast… everything beyond what I have expected. The Host is very welcoming, friendly, quick to respond and keep the property super clean. Made breakfast in the morning that was absolutely delicious.

The host was very friendly and helpful. She brought an excellent breakfast to the apartment the next morning with many choices that we ate on the balcony. There was also a small kitchen to cook dinner in. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning very welcome in the heat wave. A short walk to the train station and to the sites of the town. Good views from the cliff walk of daring people jumping into the sea. The beach itself was too crowded for us.

The apartment is really nice, clean, it has all the necessary facilities and it's close to the old city. Anna, the guest, was very nice, she helped us with the parking, she prepared for us an amazing breakfast, which by the way, it was on the rooftop (we had the apartment with terrace). Definitely recommend!

Perfect place to stay in Polignano. Very friendly host, she found us a parking place just few steps away. We could leave our luggage for a while after check in. Perfect positioning in Polignano, few steps away of anything, still quiet and peaceful. Great breakfast. We will be back!

everything is great.. no negatives

a great property, we had the top apartment which also meant we had a roof terrace. v nice ! using Waze for navigation to the property got us exactly to the front door, thought parking was going to be difficult but the host took us round the corner to a good parking location. OK so being on the top floor with no lift meant steps, but nothing challenging. Anna the host was v attentive and available on the phone if needed. breakfast served on roof terrace in the Italian ☀️ . great powerful shower, towels and toiletries provided. comfy bed, spacious enough for a family ( on top floor) small kitchinette, coffee machine with pods provided, fridge freezer. a perfect choice to stay in Polignano.
