If I have to be picky - the shower in the bathroom did not drain very well and was a bit unpleasant. But it wouldn’t stop me staying there again

- Great location to explore the city on foot - Recommendations from the staff were brilliant - it made such a difference to our stay and they were all great recommendations for bars and restaurants and we tried quite a few of them - Nice size apartment with a fridge and small breakfast snacks was a nice bonus

The only downside is the street where the hotel is located. While Palermo in general has a somewhat chaotic and gritty charm, this avenue feels particularly unsafe. It might not actually be dangerous, but it definitely feels that way, especially at night. Nevertheless I would still recommend the hotel, I think the pros are far more.

I really loved this hotel. The room was very spacious and spotless, with a comfortable bed, plenty of closet space to hang my clothes, coffee and even some sweets waiting for me. The location is great—just a few minutes’ walk from the historic center and Quattro Canti. I didn’t get to meet the host in person, but he was extremely kind and sent me helpful recommendations for restaurants and even a taxi when I arrived late.

Beware of some slight confusion with street names. It's tiny little alleys (perfectly safe and clean). Get a pin drop or persevere a bit.

We could not fault anything. Always happy to call out issues but there were none. Location was awesome, cute little balcony, fittings top shelf. And the host Louisa was really helpful and full of energy. Palermo is a very cool town. The location is an easy walk from the train station. Enjoy!

It was initially difficult to find as the street was hard to find. Once we got our bearings there was no problem.

The apartment was beautiful, newly renovated and a good size. We were initially not so sure about the area but after exploring loved the location, it was walking distance to so many attractions, especially the vibrant evening life with such a choice of fabulous restaurants. Street entertainment was great with a band playing from a balcony one evening and this just a short walk away . Louisa was always available to answer any questions and helpful suggestions.,

Absolutely nothing negative. A couple of additional coffee capsules would have been welcome. For those coming it is important to note that Palermo is a very authentic place so the neighborhood is as well very authentic.

This place was amazing. In the heart of Palermo, amongst old Palermo buildings is an oasis. Immediately when you come to the main entrance you see it is stylish and different from the run down neighborhood. The reception hall was really nicely designed. Location is perfect. The room is spacious and nicely decorated, clean and has all you need. A fridge with water and soda. Coffee machine available. A nice terrace for your morning coffee. We did not meet the owner but they were friendly and helpful with all questions we had.

I had a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and my room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Luisa was especially kind and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back.

It was so nice inside, the air conditioning worked well, we were able to walk from the train station as well as walk everywhere in the town. Very secure and safe as well.

The location was ideal, walking distance to the historic centre of Palermo and train station, great for our adventures! The room was big, clean and had everything we needed and really appreciated the communication and recommendations from the host.

It would be even better with a larger fridge and perhaps a rack for drying beach towels or clothes. That said, everything is in great condition - truly one of the best places I’ve stayed in a long time!

The apartment is within spitting distance of most landmarks. The modern design, paired with traditional architectural elements and motifs, exudes a sense of elegance. We especially enjoyed the spacious bathroom and innovative illumination.
