Absolutely loved Kairos….wanted to stay permanently! Paolo and his family were amazing and such a delight to deal with. Breakfast every morning was delicious with a wide variety of choices. Easy walk into town! Thanks Kairos for making our holiday in Tropea so special!

Very clean, comfortable and modern facilities, good breakfast, friendly and helpful hosts. It’s a short walk to the old town and to the beach, but easy to park for free on the street. Perfect if you have a car and want to avoid the old town maze.

There was an abundant bee situation by the pool. When notified they had the bees exterminated one evening. We noticed however that some survived so they need a second extermination

Thank you to the entire team for making us feel special. Biggest thanks to Paolo, who made our stay absolutely extraordinary. We have travelled a lot and visited different places but have never seen such warmth and hospitality before. Definitely go on a boat trip if you can, it was the highlight of our trip to Tropea. There are not enough words to thank the entire Kairos team. I hope we can visit this place again.

Not really a dislike, the wording with this property states 2 pools. There's 1 which is nice. Has a small diving board and is deep at one end for this reason.

All the staff were very helpful. We arrived a lot later than expected due to delays on the train. The son of the owner came and collected us from the local station(which is a 20 minute walk) and charged us €20 instead of a taxi. Our room was cleaned daily,and they are really eco aware, asking is not to over use towels etc.

Not a big deal..it worked out fine. But it was a good 10 minute walk to either a beach or the bustling downtown. Consider it your Italian exercise experience!

Everything was great! I traveled for 5 weeks, so I only booked mid level hotels. This exceeded my expectations. Clean, bright and up to date. Awesome staff! The hotel owns a small boat and I highly recommend taking the tour!! Beautiful and so much better than sitting on a hot, crowded beach!

We really missed the reading lights in the room. The lighting in the room could be warmer. The wardrobe could be bigger (more hangers).

Kairos... a beautiful guesthouse in a wonderful, very quiet location. The beaches and the historic centre of the town are a 10-15 minute walk away. The breakfasts were excellent, the staff very nice (Elena helped us with everything). The outdoor pool is a great place to relax.

The electronic key did not lock our door properly, however when we told the management they gave us a standard metal key to manually lock the door so they were very good at responding to our needs.

The only thing I would suggest to add some warm lights in the rooms. All the lights were white and it was so shiny.

It’s a very friendly family owned property. The swimming pool is definitely a plus in the closer area. The staff is very helpful from check-in until the last point. The location is about 10 mins walk to the Tropea center, close to different beach clubs. There’re 2 supermarkets close by. The breakfast is much better compared to a typical Italian breakfast (not only croissants).

Paolo and his staff were amazing. Check-in was easy. We wish we had stayed longer. Breakfast was included in our stay which made it easy when travelling with young kids. The pool was a bonus during the hot summer afternoon

Very close to the beautiful old town and gorgeous beaches, but in a quiet area. Can’t beat the location! The pool was great, room was comfortable, and the hosts were very kind and gave us amazing recommendations for our meals.

Stayed for 2 nights at newly renovated property. Location is just outside the old town which about a 700m walk. Free street parking. Booked queen room with Seaview which had nice area to sit outside around the corner from the breakfast area. Accomodation was clean with a comfortable bed and very good aircon. Pool was clean and refreshing. Arturo was very friendly and helpful with dining suggestions (La Lamia) and where to park for free on the street and the ferry to Sicily. Elena was also very welcoming at breakfast.

Great rooms and warm and welcoming facilities. You are welcomed like family. Close to the beach and supermarkets and a short walk into town (500m) for dinner or shopping. Parking very easy. Nothing was a bother to all the staff. Thanks Kairos

What a great find! Great and new in a fabulous location. Supermarkets close by as well as cafes. Stroll into Old Town with ease. Elena was so helpful pre arrival and even booked a taxi for us. Nothing was ever a problem. All of the staff were super friendly and the lovely young lady at breakfast could not do enough for us. Highly recommended.
