Breakfast was more like snacks, but that didnt matter as location was so great to go for a breakfast outside. Might be the soundproofing between apartments arent so good, as I understood from Italian speaking cleaning lady, even we were not especially ”noisy” at the night time. We didnt hear anything from the neighbors or from outside, so in our opinion very peaceful accomdation and you are able to get a good night sleep.

The interior design was as special as in photos: liked a lot colours and style, made it much more unique than just ”cold” grey or beige hotel rooms. Very clean and the cleaning lady was working daily if needed. Wi-Fi was working well as I needed to remote work also it was important for us. Access to the apartment went well, Francesco was in contact beforehand and waiting us to arrive so checking-in was very smooth . Location was so perfect, cannot be more in the center. So easy to go to the beach or to cafeterian/ restaurant, and easy to return back to the apartment for refreshing or resting. We had a rental car but in Tropea it was not needed, everything was in the walking distant. So a huge part of the enjoying there was ofc being in the beautiful Tropea. We would recommend this accomdation for sure, a great value to money.

Sweet staff! Nice little balcony. Very clean, very colourful. Comfortable bed - I like when the mattress is not too soft. Cooling system is effecient. Fransesco makes an effort to remember the names of the people staying in his hotel, which is impressive. Located right in the center with 10 minutes walking to the beach. I was there in July with an extreme amount of tourists - very very busy in the area. But the room was still quiet.

Friendly and helpful staff. Small details that made a big difference like the complementary breakfast available in the fridge and cupboard that was refilled during the stay. Ask for a second key card since if you plan on exploring on you own since all electricity turns off when leaving with the key. Great location with everything that one would need within 1-6 minutes walking distance. The spaggia della Rotonda was amazing. Would recommend this!

We stayed only one night but we would have gladly stayed. New structure, large and welcoming room. Perfect location: it is practically 2 steps from the main square of Tropea. The staff is kind and helpful.

This wasn't our first time in Tropea, and once again this year, we chose a place where we could relax in style :) We enjoyed every single moment at this new, centrally located B&B — a truly relaxing retreat in a charming setting. The room's style and color palette were simply beautiful, and both the staff and cleaning service were impeccable. We also started each day with a rich breakfast, made with care and attention — a perfect way to begin our mornings. Definitely a place we'd love to return to. We also dined at the partner restaurant, Villa Adua, just a short and pleasant walk from the B&B. There, we savored excellent seafood in the calm and cozy atmosphere of a quiet Tropea side street. Highly recommended for charming people looking for a charming stay. 😊
