Everything! Lovely, spacious, and clean apartment overlooking the sea. Location was perfect and close to everything. The train station was within easy walking distance. A very good typical Italian breakfast was served in the cafe underneath. Simone was an excellent host and incredibly helpful. We were inter-railing around Sicily and were at the mercy of engineering works and bus replacements. He allowed us to check in early and check out late to accommodate Trenitalia’s changing timetables. I thoroughly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

We booked at the last minute as we had rented a car and had decided to look at the area before deciding whether we wanted to stay there. We finished the booking as we pulled up outside yet within 5 minutes Simone was there to welcome us. We stayed in a suite with a sea view and it was lovely. Very spacious with an amazing bathroom and very clean throughout. There is a fully equipped kitchen which all guests can use, it even has a coffee machine with pods available. It is perfectly located within a few minutes walk of the Kasbah. We sat out on our balcony one evening looking out to sea. The smart TV was great and we were able to catch up on our Netflix series after a long day sightseeing simply by scanning the bar code and logging into our Netflix account. Simone was very friendly and sent a WhatsApp with a PDF with information on the property, parking etc. Breakfast was at the cafe next door and the choice was very good, sweet or savoury and great coffee. We were very happy with the room and consider ourselves very lucky to be able to book last minute as there was only one room left. If we visit the area again we will definitely stay here.

Simone was a very kind and caring host He went out of his way to answer any questions that we had. The room was large, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here.

This is an exceptional apartment with an exceptional owner Simone. We were four couples and enjoyed our rooms and the central shared kitchen facilities in the evenings. This apartment is beautifully renovated, comfortable, we had an ocean view, it is absolutely clean with the best shower in Sicily. We used our breakfast vouchers €15 per apartment to enjoy a Sicilian breakfast at the cafe below our apartment. We would highly recommend this apartment which is around the corner from a beautiful shopping mall, restaurants, the old city and nearby gardens.

We loved everything about the stay and the hosts were amazing. For breakfast you are given a voucher for the bakery downstairs and the food was so good that we bought extra for lunch. Loved the town

Perfect location with sea view, the room size is generous and the facilities are great. The owner is a super nice guys helped with car park and provided great suggestions for place to visit and eat. Will definitely go back when visit the city again.

Was hard to find immediately. Next door to large cafe which obscured the house numbers. Breakfast was vouchers for cafe next door. The cafe wasn’t helpful with how they worked and gave no indication of what we chose as to value left to us on the vouchers. Somewhat disappointing.

Amazing location, incredible view, super clean room, delicious breakfast and amazing staff—I don’t know what more to say! Simone is a great host, always eager to help, and Patrizia is the loveliest lady we have ever met. She is so kind, helpful, and always keeps her beautiful smile. On top of it all, you're directly facing the sea and within walking distance to the city center. It’s a dream place to stay if you visit the city.

Spotless, modern apartment with very comfortable large bed and superb view. Room very quiet despite being next to busy cafe and road. Host Simone there to meet us and explain the apartment's facilities.

Lovely building, in front of the sea! The B&B is beautiful and super clean! Our room was very big and clean and tidy!! Gorgeous shower too!

It was ultra modern and very very comfortable. Simone was a good host, available but unobtrusive. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel does not have an elevator, and we were grateful that our host carried the luggage up the stairs. The balcony was pretty small, though we were able to fit two chairs out there so we could enjoy the view.

Our room was spacious and clean, with a wonderful view of the sea. Our host was friendly and spoke excellent English. Breakfast was at the bakery next door, and the voucher was adequate for our meal.
