The property is a little bit out of the way for major attractions, but it was nice to come back to a more locally lived area and away from the tourists!

The room was very nice and well thought out. The host was accommodating for a lot of things and even booked us a taxi for an early morning flight which was super helpful!

Everything was perfect.

The room is very clean, modern and new and has everything that you need in it! It’s close by most of the touristic attractions in Rome so if you like walking you don’t need to take any public transport. The neighbourhood I think is the best in Rome to stay in - I loved it! The host is very kind and responsive and you can store your luggage in case you come earlier/ want to check out later. The room was cleaned every other day and you have also coffee, tea, water restocked which was great and I didn’t expect it! I honestly loved everything and I will definitely come back here when I come back to Rome! It definitely exceeded my expectations. ❤️

Unfortunately not due to their fault, they had to arrange a later check-in but worked hard to make it only half an hour late. Some more larger pots would be nice

Overall a lovely stay! Perfectly equipped for needs, easy to make any small meals and little toiletries/water/coffee was a very nice touch. Bed was very comfortable and large. Convenient access to Vatican City and airport with shuttle bus. Staff were very responsive and helpful (via WhatsApp)

We liked everything about this room. It seems to have been renovated very recentky and they did a good job. It was very clean, the shower had a rain shower head, there was coffee and tea and other drinks, the bed was very comfortable, it was quiet at night. The younng man who checked us in was helpful and efficient.

The apartment is located in a very good area—close to most attractions, yet in a quiet neighborhood where you can truly feel the atmosphere of authentic Italy. Just a 5-minute walk to the metro. Nearby are local, non-touristy restaurants with amazing food. The apartment is very clean, stylish, and modern—the kind of place you’d love to live in every day. The owner is extremely kind, helpful, and understanding. A great spot for your Roman holiday.

I have nothing to say that I didn't like, it exceeded expectations.

The Queen of Rome luxury rooms were a pleasant surprise. The flat is centrally located and you can easily walk to the main tourist attractions. The staff who contacted us from the very first moment were always very helpful, attentive to detail and always available and concerned with our comfort. The room is very comfortable, quiet in terms of traffic noise compared to most accommodation in Rome. The place is very well cared for and clean, with all the necessary conditions for an exceptional stay in Rome.

Traffic noise was only partially screened and attenuated by the windows. I am very sensitive to noise and this is always a problem for me. However, it must be said that in Rome traffic is heavy and almost 75 percent of accommodations do have the same problem.

Room is small and cozy, bed is comfortable, everything is clean. Since it is a room in an apartment of two rooms there is no staff and all is done as self check in. However I was there early and met them while preparing the room, so I can surely say they are kind and welcoming.

Loved how easy it was to get checked-in and to check out. The property was so clean, it was impressive. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was spotlessly clean.

I wish there was a place to put things. Every surface in room taken. I had nowhere to put luggage, makeup, toiletries etc.

The location is right near Cafe, deli, wonderful pub restaurant, and pizzeria. It is nice having a kitchen. The room has everything you need if you forget something.

A bit of noise, when the next door neighbor was entering their room, but it was not a very long time and from their room ypu cant hear anything.

Excellent room, very nice details and as for a small room, it had everything that you need. A little (fully equipped) kitchen, nice toiletries, a beautiful bathroom etc etc. Clean room, nice bed and TV. Nice cafes and shops near by. A very friendly and helpful staff

Location was accessible to everywhere we wanted to go. We liked the elevator. Nice views. We really liked the tile in the bathroom, nicely decorated.

I like every thing. The room was very confortable. I enjoy my stay very much. I even have the possibility to drink my favorite coffee made in a Nespresso machine. It was wonderful.

There wasn't anything we disliked.

Loved the location, cleanliness, how beautifully it was decorated and how functional it was despite not being a huge room. The kitchenette was a great addition with the fridge being particularly useful. Everything was of nice quality. Andrea was also very responsive and helpful.
