Sarah was very welcoming and friendly. The property was warm and comfortable. The location was fine for us as we didn't mind a 25 minute walk after pizza pasta and vino it helped digestion. Happy to stay again.

No issues cropped up for us.

The host, Sarah, was very attentive. She has constant and prompt communication. The property is gated and has a drive so is out of the way of any road or traffic noise. The bed was large and very comfortable. The garden and balcony are nice and very private. An iron was available on request.

Location wise isn’t ideal for the average traveler. I chose this place for a one night stop in Florence on my trip so wanted to save a bit of money and stay outside of the main tourist area. I’m a fast walker and don’t mind getting my steps in to save money. It’s a 20 minute walk to the main central station and then another 10/15 to the different Piazza and attractions. Which is roughly 35/40 minutes total walking from/ to the bnb each time you want to go out/ come home. Which if you’re someone who wants to go to the room during the day a few times, e.g. to change, it can be quite taxing and time consuming. You could always get an Uber of course but they start at €20. This isn’t me complaining about the location at all, just providing a better picture on the location for anyone who’s trying to save money by staying out of the main squares.

Excellent friendly host. Clean and quaint accommodation . Excellent continental breakfast buffet. Outside communal seating in the garden and patio. 5 minutes walk to Leopoldo tram stop which takes you to the Train station.

The breakfast was superb and included delicious homemade cakes and pastries. it was a family run business and everyone was super friendly and helpful. Nice area, very close to the T1 tram stop.

Nothing really.the front door lock was a bit fiddly but it was sorted out immediately.

The road to the centre is quite a walk but the trip is part of the destiny; italian wisdom

The location is not in the city center but you have a train like 500m away and it costs 1,80€ in one way. You can park the car next to the property and the parking is big so you don’t have trouble if you have a bigger car. The breakfast is good (fruit,yogurt, croissants, jam, pancakes, coffee ..). The owner is really friendly. She let us park the car a few hours more after the check out!

You don’t have an air conditioner.

Very bad. Dirty room. Stinking bathroom. Ceiling fan was not working. Only one table fan provided and temperature was 36 degree. No proper breakfast. Coffee machine was not available. Owner purposely delayed refilling shampoo and soaps. Towels were not changed second day. No housekeeping. Owner played cheap tactics to save shampoo, soap, coffee and bread.

Excellent breakfast included! Greatly appreciated the made to order cappuccino’s, fresh fruit, juice, eggs, meats, buns and fresh croissants(warm from oven). Was a pleasant surprise. Had large room and private bath.

Disappointed that the ceiling fan did not move much air with the hot weather . A portable fan might have been better with it being mosquitoes season. They just loved us when we opened windows.

A beautiful house in Florence with a truly rustic Bed and Breakfast feel that we usually find or look for in our own country. The bed was comfortable, the room very spacious and the bathroom clean. Check-in was flexible for us and the host was very responsive. Easily accessible. Close to city centre by bus. The breakfast was included and they offered a variety of delicious Italian breakfast foods and cappuccinos.

Lovely house with a courtyard, very spacious room, nice breakfast and amazing staff.

The room as a bit old and dark.

The automatic lighting is not safe. I could not see & tripped & fell. The shower had mold. No extra blanket, no extra towels, no washcloths. No coffee machine, or microwave, too many sweets at breakfast.

Family run. Home cooked Pastry,cake, Beautiful breakfast. Beautiful family. Will stay again.

The owner of the house is attentive and kind. Breakfast is also good and enough

The bed linen was not changed because there were other people's hairs in the bed.

Friendly staff (Sara) was lovely. Room was spacious and nicely laid out. The bathroom was bright and clean.

Shower is not suitable for larger people

Everything was perfect - Sara's hospitality should be an example to follow for every Booking host.

Everything! Sara was amazing all the time, we had a lot of problems with our flight and she always answered quickly every time we texted her, the place is near to the tren station, the room very spacious and very good breakfast.. We highly recommended!
