It’s very handy for all the main sights

One of the appliances didn’t work- electric kettle , and a bottle of complimentary wine was left but no Corksrew

Close proximity to so many places - walkable. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Modern new bathroom.

A little dark - room a little small but overall we liked it. We would have liked a place to sit - like a common area that was open around the clock.

Amazing location! All the major attractions were within a 15 minute walk and the staff here helpful enough to point out on a map where all the attractions were! All staff were wonderful and made us feel comfortable and welcomed in Florence. They also made our stay incredibly easy by offering places to drop bags before check-in and after check-out! The room also comes with lots of complimentary items which are re-stocked daily.

Stunning. Location was wonderful, adjacent Ponte Vecchio and other landmarks. Room size , decor and hospitable staff exceeded my expectations. I just loved staying here.

The air conditioning. None of the 3 rooms we had worked as they should on a week with extreme heat . It made sleeping very hard .

I did have a hard time looking for this place . Google map will direct you to a restaurant and it’s behind . It should indicate that somewhere

The .bed was super comfortable and the ac was great and location was perfect. Staff was wonderful as well! We would definitely stay again!

The only complaint we had is that the shower was leaking on the floor a lot And also the coffee maker didn’t work unfortunately

Simona who was our primary contact was wonderful. She helped us with many good suggestions of where to go and what to see. Her recommendation for a rooftop terrace for breakfast was a highlight of our 24 hour stay. she was extremely welcoming and helpful. she enhanced the whole experience. The location of the accommodation enabled us to see a lot within our short visit, just on foot. We'd definitely stay again and will recommend to any friends visiting Florence.

Location, location, location! Clean and cost spot for exploring Florence.

Perfect location to explore everything in the city center. Small, comfortable room. Very quiet. Complimentary bottle of wine.

Too noisy

The host gave us such a warm welcome with a lot of recommendations ! The room was spacious with a great view and more importantly very clean. Also the location is perfect! We will definitely come back next time we are in Florence!

Central in town

Difficult to locate and once arrived had to call the after hours clerk who came in but advised I was looking for a different place. When shown the receipt and advised I used the contact number provided to call him. Phoned his boss who advised I was indeed expected and was lovely post.

In need of an update - looking and feeling tired

The service is excellent, the people who work there are very friendly and always look for ways to help you, whether with recommendations for things to see in the area or with kindness and service. Very nice facilities and location. Price-quality ratio is also very good. Super recommended.

Sofa bed

Amazing location, friendly service, clean rooms, great value. It hits every check mark you can ask for when traveling. Simona was absolutely fantastic and gave us a great rundown of the city. I would definitely stay here again.
