Nice, clean, big rooms. Easy access to the hotel and possibility to park car in the street. Everything want smooth the check in and out. Angelica was really helpful and gave us some recommendation on where to eat in Avola and what to visit on the island

I didn't like that the terrace is shared with other rooms, so you can't have the blinds up because anyone can enter your room.

Our host was very hospitable. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was also very good. I recommend it!

The location is quite central with equal distance to the beach and the main city's square, both at less than 15 min walk. The room was big and clean. The owner is really nice and attentive.

Very nice host, clean room with air conditioning, we were asked what kind of breakfast we want, 10-15 minutes walk to the beach, close to the city center, quiet area.

Was noise from the street as the room was facing the street. Also room keys were left in the box outside on the street and lady in the neighborhood showed us where to find it. It would be nice if instructions where to find keys be sent to the phone as we did not speak any italian.

Room was clean and modern.

Very clean, excellent location easy to find and the host was very accommodating. Bed was comfortable and the room was nice. We had to leave before breakfast but was offered yogurt, tea which was great. Would definitely recommend.

We liked everything.

Very comfortable and quiet. There was everything we could possibly need. The lady who greeted and check us in was exceptionally helpful and kind. Good breakfast with amazing coffee. The location was very good too, close both to the centre of the town and a beach.
