From the very moment we were welcomed by Anna, both Anna and Silvia made everything simple and were extremely helpful. Breakfasts were excellent, with Anna making sure that there was plenty to choose from. Our room was very comfortable, of good size, with a large bathroom. The roof top terrace is excellent, equipped with sun loungers. The location was good, just a 10 minute walk (probably a little less than that actually) along reasonable, not steep, roads into the centre of Ostuni. Silvia's route into the centre of town misses the numerous steep steps which the alternative route has. All in all, La Bella Ostuni Suites are great to stay at.

I stayed for just one night. It is well furnished and equipped. There is a hydromassage tub for relaxation. Very centered location. Silvia was very helpful.

Was tough with a suitcase with such steep stairs but was manageable. The hot tub is a nice touch but was a little difficult to have a simple shower as hose pressure was so high.

Location was amazing, room was so spaciousness . Breakfast was lovely and nice that it’s in the next door room. The host was so helpful at every step.

The hotel was super nice, in a great location to walk around the city center. The staff was so nice and very accommodating! We had a great breakfast time on the roof terrace! The room was absolutely spot clean in every single corner and the bathroom was like being in a spa. I highly recommend it!

Our accommodation was located about 6 minutes from the Centro Storico. The room was spacious and spotless and extremely quiet. Our host at breakfast, Anna, was exceptionally kind and helpful and could not do enough for us to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide choice of options, from savoury to sweet, including Anna's wonderful pasticciotti, which are not to be missed.

If you have mobility issues, this place is probably not for you. The stairs in the building are pretty treacherous, they were large/uneven and it made carrying luggage up them very hard. Also, no one came in to clean our room the entire time we were there.

The location was very good, close enough to the old town, but far away enough that you didn't hear noise at night.

Check out time at 9:30 seemed to early.

We landed to Brindisi after 10pm and the host gave us the entry code to check ourselves in. We loved the location as we were able to save money on a taxi and walk to the b&b from the airport in 10 minutes. This allowed us to collect our rental car when they reopened the next morning.

The room was tight! It didn’t bother us as we were not spending much time there except to sleep. Narrow stairs to the breakfast room and terrace also, something to keep in mind. But again I found this quaint and unique! Would not be a place for babies or children. Ideal for couples who want to explore as you are so close to the town.

Staff were amazing! So friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. This is a great spot if you are planning on being out and about a whole lot. Very comfy bed and oh so quiet.

Happy with our stay

Location ideal to explore old town of Ostuni, street parking was okay. Nice small buffet breakfast, fresh coffee was a well received. Bonus was a large spa bath which was nice after a long day walking and exploring. The whole bathroom was huge, probably bigger than the room.

Location was great however you can not reach the front door by car. So if you have heavy luggage, you need to drag it up the small street. The owner was lovely and help take the luggage up the small narrow staircase to our room. Breakfast was simple but endless cups of coffee and cheerful staff.

We absolutely loved this property - especially the bathroom. We can’t thank the staff enough, they’re absolutely amazing - my fiance proposed to me in Ostuni & the staff helped with organising the roof terrace to be decorated with balloons/flowers & wine for when we got back that day, it was absolutely amazing and something I’ll never forget. The suites/roof terrace/dining room were all absolutely impeccable. I honestly don’t have one bad thing to say about this place & would come back here in a heart beat.

Our room was a little damp and stuffy and there were some mosquitos, but it was kept very clean so it wasn’t a big deal. My wife had a cold and used a lot of the tissue paper in the bathroom, and they only give one roll of TP at a time, so we ran out frequently.

Very clean and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable with memory foam pillows which was a really nice surprise. The property has a beautiful terrazza with an amazing view of Ostuni. It is conveniently located near the historic center but is outside the ztl, so street parking while limited, is possible. If no parking on the street, it is a short walk to Foro Boaio parking lot where you can leave your car in an attended lot over night for 20 euros per day. We found this to be very convenient and even had a tour guide (Roselia) from Ostuni Tours drive us and our luggage up the steep hill to our bed and breakfast in an ape for 15 euros. That was super fun and made our first day extra special. The price for the transport is steep but we thought worth the price considering my wife was fighting off a cold and the hills were pretty steep. All in all, we were glad to stay here. The breakfast served in the dining area is fresh fruit, assorted meats and cheeses, yogurt, fresh Puglian pastries, coffee and juice. Silvia, Eugenio, Ana, and Manila were so warm and welcoming. We would definitely come back again next time we visit the beautiful white city of Ostuni.
