Very classy B&B in old palazzo centrally located close to two major piazzas. We were in wellness suit with sauna which my husband used. We loved this room very much. It was very comfortable in every regard and simply beautiful. Every morning we were served a very good breakfast with home made focaccia , cakes and amazing croissants. Sara and her mom made our stay very special and comfortable. We really loved this place.

The location in the middle of the historical district was perfect. The B&B is beautifully restored, and Sara is extremely welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, there were even croissants baked fresh by Sara’s mother!

Location was perfect, 1 minute walk to P.della Repubblica. Sara was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. In the morning, she made great scrambled eggs fresh from her farm.

What a great family owned and operated boutique hotel/B&B in beautiful Cortona. Come get a taste of the Tuscan sun here. The hotel is in a 14th century palazzo that has been thoughtfully and carefully modernized to include all the modern amenities. In the heat of June the air conditioned room was most welcome. A large bedroom with a large attached bathroom including a separate tub and shower. Sara, our host, communicated efficiently and effectively from the time of our reservation to the time of our departure. She’s a bit of a one woman show as she runs the property. She provided a generous breakfast daily with plenty of delicious options. Her mother bakes the cakes and croissants. They are so tasty. Located inside the walls of the old medieval town the hotel is less than 200 meters from convenient paid public parking. Close to everything. It was like staying with family, only better!

Elegantly renovated facilities. Room and en suite bath were spacious and traditionally styled. Located right near food, shopping, groceries and sights. Wonderful homemade breakfast each morning, (Sarah’s mom’s Cornettos we’re our favorite of the entire trip!) Family went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and convenient.

Great location, lovely family operating their business at an former palace. The location is ideal and close to shopping, dining and the main square.  Gorgeous bathrooms and larger rooms made this stay very comfortable.

The only thing I did not like was leaving!!!

Sara and her family were incredible hosts. We enjoyed our morning conversations and the delicious breakfast croissants baked by her mother. The property is in the heart of Cortona and is beautiful 14th century structure restored with modern amenities. For anyone seeking authentic, Cortona charm, I highly recommend this historic property.
