In general it is an average room, okay if you are not staying for more than 1-2 nights. It would be better if it had a mini fridge and a double mattress instead of two single mattresses on a double bed.

The location is very convenient, located centrally but also close to the lake.

Very friendly receptionist! Nice attitude to guests. Large comfortable bed with high quality orthopedic pillows. Location is good- 10 minutes from the main train station.

Overall, a nice hotel with a good location, 15 minutes walk from the central station. Beds could be comfier, and the shower wasn’t great. No lift, but that wasn’t a big deal. A mini fridge would’ve been nice. It was ok, nothing too exciting.

The parking by car is a bit of a drive as there are one way streets. The location is a bit outside of the center, the walk is ok but the neighborhoods between the apartment and the center were a bit rundown. It didn't help that the park close to the lake and most shops in the area were closed (for summer vacation).

The check-in at the hotel (not the apartment) was without any issues and fast. The room was clean and had good airconditioning. The beds were very comfortable. We traveled with a 8 months old goldador dog and had no issues.

It was great stay it is close to get ferry to bellagio or other places very close to restaurants and bar it was clean and they have extra bed duvet and cushion Coffee and tea were available Be aware no lift 😭 Staff were helpful as well I am not sure how the prices in the area there but for me it is a bit pricey

Room was not in the main hotel and was quite dark with only window being out to a little courtyard. Dissappointed in the shower, which had a large crack in the base that opened up when standing in it. Also some black mould in the shower

Very friendly receptionist. We had room only just a very short walk from the check in hotel. It was modern and spacious with coffee and tea facility. Perfect for our overnight stay. Very close to the station for our travels.

The place has a small backyard with chairs and tables, unfortunately the night we stayed people sat there and talked very loud until midnight and it felt like this sound was directly in the room. Since the place does not have it's own reception I didn't know who to call or how to stop it, but fortunately these people went back to their rooms and it was quiet after midnight.

We needed a place to stay close to the train station that's clean & safe, this place met our expectations. We did not have too much luggage so the stairs were not a problem for us but if you have more luggage or if you have walking/climbing problems you might be careful about the stairs. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, bathroom was larger than my expectation and was indeed really clean. The location was easy to find and walking distance to both the rail station/coast line and city center. There is also a very close by supermarket that's open 24 hours, which is super handy.

It was a very clean room in a very quiet neighborhood. It's very close to the city centre and the lake. We enjoyed our stay!
