It was very dated, but to be expected at that price point.

The view from our room was incredible. I loved the square right outside and the food options right there. The noise was not a problem. The price was affordable and the room was comfortable.

This is silly but turning the lights on was tricky. And the balcony had some kind of turf/grass mat that held a lot of water so it was soaked. Would’ve loved to be able to stand outside the balcony but wearing shoes made it work out fine.

The location was amazing. The view was beautiful and the staff were really nice.

The staff were incredible and very accommodating (their flexibility ended up saving our trip!). Our room had a gorgeous view of the lake, and the location was really central and can't be beat! Would definitely stay here again.

Room needs a bit of TLC: Room 503 No coffee / spoons. No serious wardrobe space Kettle in shallow cupboard difficult to get at without spilling water Lock on bathroom door dodgy - wife locked in for a time Brown mould in the shower Bar in the shower not ideal for taller people Shower door doesn’t fit properly so water escapes drenching bathroom. Not enough plug sockets - can’t plug into light sockets Wet artificial grass on balcony coupled with laminate floor - slip hazard.

This hotel is perfectly located and the rooms were extremely clean and well decorated. We were on the top floor and the rooms are on the compact size but have a balcony which is a bonus. Full wifi and aircon. Would definitely go back.

- Our fridge didn't work but they replaced it the next day which was good. - We also had a leak in the ceiling because of SUPER heavy rain which didn't really affect us, but it's something someone should definitely take a look at!! - If you're on the taller side (let's say 6ft+), ask for a room not on the top floor because it had sloping ceilings and the shower had a bar over it which I think was around 6ft, maybe a bit more.

- Spacious room, comfortable bed, had a fridge - A good amount of storage space for clothes - Great view facing the lake - Great location! Super central within Menaggio. Really nice bakery a few mins away and a delicious ice cream place. I wouldn't say it's a "spectacular" place by any means but it's a perfectly adequate hotel that met all our needs for a few nights stay.

The room was not cleaned properly. On our second day the airconditioning in our room broke. We didnt get support to fix it so our second night was quite bad and we couldnt sleep much due to the heat. No compensation was offered for this loss of comfort. We choose this place partly due to the ac, so I was rather dissappointed in the way they handled this.

The location was great. Great garage nearby and possibility to charge the car in the garage.

Bar opposite our room had music throughout evening which was noisy with window open. However it usually finished at 10. Room very quiet after that.

Comfortable, large room with good bathroom. Just off main square in Menaggio. Had kettle, tea and coffee. Very quiet overnight. Hotel is run by Hotel du Lac so need to check in and check out there.

So central and very accessible for anyone with disabilities . Lovely clean room and bathroom was modern with great shower …… bring your own hairdryer though the bathroom one very basic and didn’t work well

We can actually say, there was nothing about this hotel that we didn't like.

We had a most enjoyable 6 nigh stay. The room was comfy and well presented, that is, very clean and tidy. The cleaning staff were fantastic and even if we had a latish departure we can back to find the room had been cleaned. The location of the hotel is fantastic and our initially concerned that the noise from the piazza would be intrusive in fact turned out to be not a problem. The secure parking provided, at a charge, is located close to the hotel and is very convenient in terms of accessing the car when heading out on day trips. We enjoyed our stay and certainly would rebook this hotel should we be back that way again.

Bathroom small and low sloped ceiling. I had to bend down a little to see myself in the mirror. (I am 5 feet 8 inches tall)

Clean. Outstanding location. Comfortable bed and nice pillows and bedding. Plenty of closet space. Balcony with lake view.
