On weekend nights the noise from outside was very loud until past midnight. Not the owners fault obviously but something to bear in mind - great location but it comes at a price.

Excellent location! Our room was large & airy with a large bed and balcony overlooking Teatro Massimo. Bathroom was large.

We had some struggles getting the access code to work for our floor but eventually figured it out.

Host Giovanni was delightful in welcoming us and discussing his love of tennis with us at breakfast. We loved the breakfast croissants, coffee and fruit. The location was perfect for our visit.

This property was in a great location. Right outside the Massimo Threatre. The only reason I rated a 9 instead of 10 was because we had a terrible time finding the place. Other than that the host and the staff were excellent. You could walk to everything very easily from this location.

I suggest that a sensor will be installed in the common area near the main door since it will help to reach the stairs or the elevator especially when you return at night. While we really appreciated the fact that Giovanni brought us bread during breakfast, I suggest that ham & cheese will be included as well.

We were treated very well by the hosts Antonella & Giovanni and made our stay at the B & B very comfortable! The Bed & Breakfast is situated in a very central area where you can reach the main attractions either by foot or by using the public transport. We definitely recommend!

The property is on the second floor of the building under reconstruction. The lift was broken and it was terribly hard to leave the building in the morning.

The location is right in the center. Nice surroundings and good place for shopping

The entrance from the street into the building was dark and unwelcoming. The front door and floor doors were done on a number pad and on both nights the pad was flashing and making an alarm sound. If as a woman I had been staying alone I would have been uncomfortable and nervous entering the building This was a shame as once inside the decoration was lovely

The b & b once inside was clean and bright. The breakfast was well presented and plenty of choice Good location and a nice view from the window

Good location in central Palermo with calm rooms within walking distance (20min) to Palermo Centrale station. Very friendly and welcoming people, serving good coffee for breakfast. Spacious rooms fit for purpose.

Nothing really in the control of the property but scaffolding on front of the building and builders start drilling & knocking early on week days !

The location can’t be beaten as very central in Palermo. Not suitable for young children or elderly people. Very lovely owners & staff, property very clean & beds incredibly comfortable. Breakfast not for us but was very authentic so can’t knock it.

It’s a shame that our balcony view was obstructed by scaffolding, but otherwise everything was perfect and I’d definitely book again.

There is construction happening so the facade of the building is currently covered in scaffolding which made it difficult to locate the door that leads you to the lobby to get up to the hotel (the entrance is not straight off the street). The breakfast offered was small, mainly croissants or cake with jams and spreads (and coffee or tea and a small selection of fruit) which is fine though you may prefer to find breakfast elsewhere if you like a big breakfast before a day of exploring. The towels felt hard and scratchy

Unfortunately there is a big renovation of the entire building so our view was obscured by scaffolding. I’m sure when renovated it will be amazing.

Unfortunately during our stay, there was a renovation in progress on the upstairs from 8am to 4pm. Right above us. Also if you are planning to stay here, make sure you agree the arrival time with the hosts as they may be out :)

The location is excellent. Everything is in a walking range. Right in front of the Teatro Massimo. The hosts are very friendly and pleasant. Breakfast offers not a big variety but very very tasty.
