The rooms were clean, the breakfast was really good and the view from the room was so nice I woke up with a smile by looking at the window :) The owners gave us useful tips about where to go , what to see. That has saved us a lot of time but also we have managed to see so much more than we expected. Great communication, my daughter loved the place. Felt like around family :)

I felt like at home thanks to the hospitality of the hosts, the amenities were spotless, the view to the forests deliver a magical sensation of being in the countryside, specially by the birds in the morning. It is definitely a getaway from the routine, we are happy to spend some time at this property, and it is super recommended We are definitely staying again. I could not fault their service in any way

The owners went over and beyond and were extremely accommodating for us when our flight was delayed and stayed up to check us in. We were greeted and welcomed (quietly as it was late!), and shown our room and the facilities, and it was just what we needed after a stressful late night run down the Autostrada in rainy weather from Malpensa airport (we are visiting from Northern Ireland). We were unfamiliar with Italy as it was our first visit to this European country, but were relieved by the friendly welcome and sight of a comfortable bed after more than 12 hours travel. Our breakfast was fantastic, with a choice of bread, meats, cheese and yogurts and we had a great time attempting to communicate with our friendly host and it has made a fantastic start to our holiday. Thanks again, can't recommend them enough for a stopover

All targets are far away on foot.

Maximum service! The best yet. I have never encountered such a level of service. They waited for the heat wave with a cooled room. We arrived late, so the owner brought hot pizza and cold drinks by courier. The morning time was adjusted to our early departure. The bathroom is not small either. Overnight parking suitable for motorbikes. The garden and the panorama are wonderful. The lake is part of the panorama.

Everything was great, we had no complaints

The breakfast and the hospitality! the breakfast was served by the sweetest lady who also cleaned the rooms during the day. There was everything from cookies, croissants, cereal, donuts, cold cuts, cheese, bread, yogurt, ecc. She made cappuccinos for us and nesquick chocolate milk for the kids. She even gave us a ziploc bag to make sandwiches from the table to take with us during the day. The man who welcomed us was also very kind and hospitable. This bed and breakfast really stands out because of them.

The mattress had a big "valley" in the center so sleep wasn't comfortable. We had a problem where the AC unit made a high-pitched beep when turned off, so we had to sleep with it on. When I asked about switching rooms (couldn't, they were full), I noticed they actually gave us a smaller room than we'd booked as well. Room smelled a bit musty.

.... But check out rule was bad.... check out time was 11 am, I wanted 5 more minutes but the lady didn't give me even extra 1 min. Such strictness in the time shouldn't be there. Atleast a buffer of 30 mins is somewhat required. Rest everything was ok

We left early, the truth is we were just waiting for the sunrise. Unfortunately the room was unpleasant. We booked a double room. We got a room with a double bed and another bunk bed... a bad smell in the room and from the bed, and in adittion to that- The bed creaks and makes noise. We couldn't sleep even a minute all night I have to say, It never happened to me befpre. I ussually do not complain even if the place is less that I expected, but this was so different from what we were waiting for .We just took the car and went from the place at sunrise since I did not want to drive at night without sleeping Then we found out that the owner marked us as non-show and did not tell the true to Booking.com. He said that he offered another rom wich was not true at all. we did not even see him when we left, he just tried to avoid the bad feddback he knew we would give

Everything! Loved our room, the view, the hosts were really nice making sure we had everything we needed, giving us recommendations about places to visit and restaurants to eat at and getting to know us. We felt like family!
