Awkward front access with very narrow sidewalk on busy street.

Breakfast was good. Location worked out well for access to restaurants in old town nearby to proximity to cruise port. Simone was very helpful. Room on main floor adjacent to breakfast room. Virtually no street noise. Glad that we chose this facility.

It’s well maintained. Food was great! Cakes were personally baked by mom. Coffee is the best. It’s a family owned property that’s why we were treated as if we’re part of the family.

The only things that could have been better were the AC, as I was a bit worried about it leaking water on my things, and the stairs to my room, since I arrived quite late. Neither was a huge inconvenience, but worth mentioning.

I had a great stay! Communication before my arrival was excellent; I received all the information I needed, and the self-check-in process was smooth and easy. I especially appreciated the helpful tips at breakfast about how to reach my cruise and explore the area. Breakfast itself was okay, and the bonus was meeting Nala, the amazingly friendly dog who made the stay even more memorable. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Thank you!

The guest house is in an ideal location if you are going on a cruise. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I would like to thank the owner, Simone, who was regularly in contact prior to our stay, giving us all the information that was required to make our stay issue free. He arranged a transfer from the airport to the guest house, which was wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

TV too high on wall. No fan in room. Very warm and stuffy. Never could get warm/hot water to shower with. Cold shower was only option.

We booked this hotel for the night before our cruise for 6 of us. They organised a taxi to pick us up from the airport and also to take us to the port in the morning which was extremely helpful. The hotel itself is very clean, air conditioning and comfortable beds, WiFi and easy access with a code supplied to get in as we arrived late in the night. Continental breakfast was served in the morning with really nice cakes and coffee. Staff were so pleasant and helpful and even organised for a taxi to pick us up at the end of the cruise and take us to Rome. A wonderful stay.

We had a great experience. The host Simone was very friendly and accomodating. He made us breakfast every morning. Our room was comfortable and exceptionally clean. An great place to stay as it is walking distance to the cruise terminal and a short distance to restaurants , food market & train station. We will definitely return.

Can hear noise from corridor and other rooms but it wasn’t too much of an issue.

Good location with very clean rooms. Basic breakfast but enough to start the day. Simone is very friendly and helpful, providing information on transport, restaurants etc. We had arranged to leave our luggage in early before check-in time but it turned out our room was ready on arrival. We were also able to leave the luggage for a while on the day of departure. It’s easy to walk down to shuttle buses to cruise ships from the property.

Everything was great

The place was great and spotless. Simone was great in keeping me informed and answering my questions promptly. His staff was very kind and helpful in showing us how to navigate the town. The walk to the shuttle was easy and not too far. Also, they were kind enough to let us wait until we got our shuttle to our cruise in the breakfast area.
