This was the highlight of our trip in Puglia. La Pergola is a stunning property. Lorenza met us at the property which is a 15 min walk from the station and gave us a tour. The property is beautiful, spotlessly clean and spacious, bedroom area, lounge , kitchen and bathroom all in the centre of the old town. The property is cleaned daily and the most amazing breakfast of fruit, cold meats, cheeses, bread and pastries are provided each morning. The breakfast is so large it also did lunch. Its close to everything and a 10 minute walk from a rocky beach which is packed, they provide folding chairs , a parasol and beach towels ( just ask for towels). Lorenza even recommended a local boat tour com[any which we used for a two hour boat trip along the coast and caves, and included transport to and from the port. We highly recommend this property and Lorenza could not have been more helpful.

Shower and bathroom space was a little tight for anyone over 6 feet tall.

All was excellent!!

The location was perfect being right in the centre of the old town area with all of its rustic charm. We loved that our accommodation was very clean, private, spacious, the wifi was good, there was a safe in our the bedroom and Lorenza our hostess was just fantastic, the breakfast she made for us was delicious with a lot of variety, and she asked us daily if all was to our liking. Our rooms were cleaned daily. The bed was very comfortable.

What didn't we like? Lorenza was amazing and so accommodating with everything we could need. The apartment was perfect and so beautiful. You are in the perfect place to get to everything within a 5 minute walk. I would heavily recommend this place just brilliant! What a way to finish our honeymoon off!

Absolutely nothing. It was perfect

We loved everything about our 5 night stay at La Pergola. The apartment like accommodation was just perfect - we had so much space! It was spotlessly clean and the host, Lorenza, was absolutely fantastic, making us delicious breakfasts every morning and giving us restaurant recommendations, all of which were wonderful. The apartment is also so conveniently located in the heart of the old town and close to all the wonderful attractions Polignano a Mare has to offer. Provision of private parking was also a bonus and made our stay so much more carefree not having to worry about where to park. It was the perfect base to explore other towns in the region as well as some beaches. We loved our stay and would not hesitate in staying here again. Highly recommended.

Due to the build of these historic old properties, the only light into the apartment comes through the glass entry doors with no other views but it is more than made up for by the great location and the friendliness of the host.

We loved the location right in the centre of the historic town which is in very easy reach of all the lovely cozy streets of Polignano. The breakfast was served to order every morning and had an amazing variety of fresh produce, meats, cheese, pastries, coffee and freshly squeezed juice. Our host, Lorenza, was very responsive to most of our requests and explained to us how to navigate the city at the start of our stay.

Everything was more than perfect.

Our host made the most delicious and generous breakfasts, and delivered them to us. La Pergola is in the heart of the old district, so we walked everywhere, and it was over-the-top charming. Our host provided such warm hospitality, she has excellent communication (answered our text - WhatsApp - questions immediately), and provided everything we needed. The apartment has a large bedroom, separate sitting/dining area, and separate kitchen, and, of course a bathroom with all the amenities.

Wifi isn’t amazing but we’ve found that at most of our Europe accommodation

Wow! What a amazing place to stay, from the location to the service la pergola is the best place we have stayed on our holiday. The host is such a wonderful helpful person and supplies a amazing breakfast every morning delivered to the dining table. So much food and caters to dietary requirements. The location is perfect, not too loud but right in the heart of the centre. Don’t hesitate in booking this place, you’ll love it.
