How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Everything was great, it's a small but nice hotel, the staff is very friendly. If I'm in Sorrento again, I'll definitely stay there again.

Amazing staff, clean and well priced. It is located next to the second to last train station to sorrento, so easily accessed, short walk to town. Very friendly, highly recommend. Tasty breakfast. 10/10

If you are not use to super soft bed. Bathroom shower is slippery
Francesco is really nice and speaks English very well. The B&B is in a great location — very close to the train station, easy to access, and extremely clean. The place smells fresh, and the staff clean the room daily and change the towels. They also provide beach towels and serve a nice breakfast. There are several good restaurants nearby as well.

Everything was fine.
The accomodation was great, 10/10. It was very close to bus and train station. (1 minute away) Also, it was at 35 minutes away to Sorrento by foot and we really enjoyed our nightwalks. The room was really clean and comfortable, having all the facilities that are presented. Bathroom is also very clean and spacious. Breakfast is perfect for starting your day, nothing fancy, but really tasty and nourishing. The host was really friendly and helped us a lot with advices regarding what to visit. I will come back here with pleasure!

Cute room and very clean. Close enough to Sorrento but not that far away, still has heaps of shops and resturants around though.

Stayed here with a friend for a couple of nights great value! Super clean, amazing staff, and perfect location near transport to Sorrento. They even packed us breakfast for an early trip. Beds were super comfy. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was good but based on my preferences, I would suggest to add a few fresh vegetables.
The host (Francesco) was really nice and willing to help us. In the day of our arrival there was a public transportation strike in Italy and he informed us beforehand about it and also gave us details for other options on how to reach the place. Location was clean and very close to the train/bus station for fast mobility between Sorrento, Napoli, Pompei and the whole coast.

A little more variety for breakfast would have been nice, eg fruit salad, but breakfast still good. No outside space to sit.
Great location by the train station Easy for trains and buses to get about. Friendly and helpful host. Very clean. Very comfy bed and lovely shower / bathroom.

This hotel met all our expectations. The rooms were always clean and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was sufficient and there are restaurants near the hotel, as well as a train station which makes it easy to get to Sorrento and Naples. The only thing I didn’t like was the soft mattress on the bed, but overall we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you for a good experience!

Heating system of all rooms are interconnected. So of one room changes the temperature, it will impact other rooms as well.
Francesco is one of the best host, I met. I have made a mistake with booking. He accepted my request and helped me solve the problem. He has also guide me for restaurants and mode of travels.

This was by far the best stay at this location. Everything - from the warm, friendly team to the great location and exceptional accommodation - was absolutely perfect. The room was very clean and comfortable. I don't usually write reviews, but Francesco and the staff were so wonderful, they really deserve all the praise. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay. And fantastic coffee!

Francesco and Rachele were amazing hosts, giving us plenty of recommendations and providing amazing service. The room itself was very comfortable, homely and was cleaned daily. The breakfast was perfect with a good selection as well as delicious cappuccinos being served by Francesco every morning. It’s just 1 train stop from sorrento so you could reach Sorrento in about 5 minutes. Would 100% recommend this gem!

The place is great! Small family run Hotel. . Modern rooms, comfortable, spotless Clean with attention to detail. Lovely breakfast. Bus station just outside takes you to the port where all the ferries depart. Francesco the host very welcoming and helpful. Value for money Stay in Sorrento.

Francesco was so lovely and helped us with anything we needed during our stay. Our ferry arrived before check in and we were able to check in early which was very nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable and very easy to walk into the centre of Sorrento. Francesco was very helpful and gave us good ideas of what to do around Sorrento and places to go. Breakfast was delicious and convenient!
