KinaThis was by far the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had. If you’re considering booking this property, don’t. Here’s why: 1. Unsafe and poorly designed rooms: The room we stayed in looked great in the photos, but in reality, it was directly connected to a public hallway and staircase. We could hear every conversation and footstep, and hallway lights shone directly into the room, making it impossible to sleep. Worse, the room had no security measures—anyone could easily break in. Additionally, it was separated from another room by a transparent window with no curtains, leaving us with "zero privacy". This is completely unacceptable. 2. Terrible facilities: The shared bathroom was a nightmare. There was no proper shower, only a communal bathtub, which felt unhygienic. The toilet was even worse—broken, with no lid or seat. How are guests supposed to use such facilities? This shows a complete lack of care for basic guest needs. 3. Useless WiFi: The WiFi was unbearably slow, and the 22-character password was frustrating to input. Even when connected, the speed was so bad that basic tasks like streaming a video were impossible. I ended up relying on mobile data instead. 4. Unreasonable extra charges and hostile behavior: Due to a misunderstanding on Booking.com, we accidentally booked for 2 people instead of 4. We provided passports for all 4 guests at check-in, but the staff said nothing. The next day, the host demanded an extra €170 for the additional two people. Though frustrated, we paid immediately. However, the host then accused us of sneaking in unregistered guests and even threatened to call the police! This aggressive and unprofessional behavior was completely uncalled for. Later, I saw reviews from other guests who experienced similar situations, with inconsistent extra charges. Is this a scam? In conclusion, What was supposed to be a relaxing New Year’s trip turned into a nightmare.

NemačkaHost didn't sent us an email with check - in information!!! Wtf We tried to get in contact for the whole day. Firstly we only booked for one person. Spontaneously situation changed. So we were two. We didn't need extra bed, linen, towl or breakfast. Unfriendly and aggressive host demanded us to pay 20 Euro otherwise she would call police. Not recommendable. Very sad.
Room was as described and very clean. Doube size bed +1 extra. Bathroom was clean.

ČeškaWe were 2 people in the accommodation for 3 nights, I would have a few comments for improvement: 1) Italian fresh breakfast (croissant, biscuits and fresh coffee) was served only on the first day. When looking for accommodation, I only filtered accommodation including breakfast on booking and I expected it every morning (except for the last one, because we were leaving at night). In addition to the first morning, when a fresh Italian breakfast was served, there were a few packaged biscuits and long-lasting pastries from the store + a few marmalades and nutella in the room in the cupboard. It would be good to write about this in advance. Those who pay for only 1 night in the accommodation will receive a fresh breakfast. Who pays for the same price (per night) for 3 nights - gets only 1 breakfast, I was a bit sad. I didn't deal with it personally on the spot with Alexandra, because I didn't want to cause a conflict, but it's fair to write it. 2) Dishwashing accessories (for mugs, wine glasses, cutlery) were missing in the room/bathroom. We washed the used dishes for three days by hand in the bathroom without dishwashing detergent only with water. If there was any possibility to have the hostess wash the dishes, it would be good to mention it in some manual that would be in the room or to say it on arrival. I also missed another trash bag for the trash in the room. 3) The description of the accommodation mentions a coffee machine with capsules, unfortunately only 4 capsules were available for 3 days and 2 people. Also, the description of the equipment mentions shower gel - there were only 2 small sachets of shower gel (10 ml) - also not enough for 2 people for 3 nights - if I had known this in advance, I would have brought my own soap and not had to buy more on the spot. I don't mean it badly, but the accommodation has a rating of 10 points out of 10 and these are suggestions for improvement.
Communication with Alexandra was great and fast via Whatsapp, I appreciate the possibility to agree on an individual arrival and departure time, quick responses to messages. There was a great parking place inside the garden. The bed and pillow were comfortable, air conditioning/heating in the room.
