Convenient to Fiumicino airport using the local bus (10-12 minutes, 3 stops away). Right next to very good restaurants with views of the fishing boats. Spacious room.

It's slightly noisy in the evening. The shower cabin was not 100% clean, it had some hair left from the previous guest, plus the shower head was not working well ...

Great location, amazing breakfast at the bar downstairs. The host was super friendly, kind and welcoming.

Facilities were minimal (only a kettle, tea bags and tiny paper cups which melted, OUTSIDE the room) Bed wad not very comfortable. We asked for extra pillows and they appeared on the 2nd night.

As I had an early flight, I could hear the restaurant below until 1am. But I am a light sleeper, this wasn't helped by the road noise of boy racers going up and down the road until 3am didn't help. Gladly stay there again.

The room was lovely, as was Monica. Although we did have some language issues. Most overcome by using ChatGPT Translate. Great restaurants around, the location, sunset and sunrise view made was lovely. I would gladly stay there again.

The room was not nearly as nice as in the photos. Quite pricey for what you get. There was no coffee station in the room and an afterthought tea only station in the corridor. The unit was located on top of a bar where they have karaoke in the evening which was loud.

Great location. Close to the water, restaurants, and bars. A balcony was a plus.

the check-in process is completely unclear. no description is sent to the email. two days before check-in, the owner asked what time we would arrive and that was it. as a result, we had to stand at the door and ring the bell 10 times. no answer. 30-40 minutes later, the owner arrived and gave us the keys to the room. there is simply no explanation for this!!! There are cases with combination locks hanging near the door. Why can't we just leave the keys in them and send the code in a letter?????

The room was exactly as described, plus there was a mini-fridge in the room, which was a pleasant surprise.

The cleaning lady came into the room while we were outside without any previous notice of that. This made us feel a little uncomfortable. Check-out was supposed to be at 11 o'clock, but at 10 o'clock the next guess knocked on our door asking when we were leaving. The place is great, but these things made the stay bittersweet.

The room was very noisy, the music from the restaurant downstairs starts at 6.30 in the morning and ends late after midnight.

At around 10am we didn’t have water and the owner doesn’t speak English well so it is quite complicated to communicate needs. Also, we were 3 people and she refused to give us one complimentary water bottle each, she gave us one small bottle to share.

The location is close to the airport, it’s quite cheap as well.
