The property is beautifully decorated, newly refurbished, and has a lovely beachy touch! The bedroom was comfortable, and the shared kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. The owners were amazing and always super supportive! The beach is very close and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. A high-quality supermarket is just steps away, which is super convenient. The bus to Palermo is only a 2-minute walk, so it’s a perfect location!

Michele and Rosi are excellent hosts. They responded to messages promptly, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The apartment is new, spotless, has a large sunny balcony and is 2 minutes from the beach and restaurants. The bathroom is large and the bed is very comfortable. The shared (with just on other apartment) kitchen is fully fitted out and equipped. We would highly recommend La Terrazza Del Sole di Mondella.

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely exceptional! The hosts are incredibly kind and helpful – they arranged transportation for us to and from the airport, and right after our arrival, the host took us on a short tour around the area, showing us all the key places and providing all the necessary information. We felt truly welcomed and well taken care of from the very beginning. The apartment itself is new, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The room has a private balcony with a table, chairs, and an umbrella – a perfect spot for a morning coffee or evening relaxation. A real gem of the place is the sunny rooftop terrace with sun loungers, a shower, and a breathtaking view. The kitchen is shared with just one other room and is fully equipped with everything you might need – from dishes and cookware to a coffee machine. There’s also a washing machine and a dryer available, which is a great convenience for longer stays. Another huge advantage is the location – everything is just a short walk away! The beach, supermarket, and restaurants are all within a 3-minute walk. This place truly exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation with a warm and welcoming atmosphere!

The air conditioner isn’t very strong, but worked well.

From the moment we booked, Rosi and Miguel were attentive, kind, and always willing to help. They kindly adjusted our check in and check out times (for a small extra fee), which allowed us to enjoy even more of our time there. At checkout, Miguel even surprised us with delicious spritz cocktails, a thoughtful and memorable touch that made us feel truly cared for. The apartment itself was perfect. The location could not be better, just a minute’s walk from the beach and close to plenty of restaurants. Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you might need. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom a good size. The veranda was the cherry on top, offering a lovely space to relax with a charming beach view. There is also a shared kitchen and a rooftop terrace available, which looked great even though we did not end up using them. We are very glad we chose this place. Highly recommended!

The place is an absolute gem — a little slice of paradise in Sicily. Cozy, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay, it truly captures the charm and atmosphere of the island. The host personally met us at the airport and drove us to the property, sharing fascinating insights about Mondello and Sicily along the way. It was not only more comfortable but also cheaper than waiting in the long taxi queue at the airport. Our room was freshly renovated, spotless, and very comfortable, with a lovely private balcony. On top of that, there’s a spacious shared rooftop terrace with breathtaking sea views — perfect for enjoying a drink in the evening while relaxing on the sun loungers. A well-stocked supermarket is just around the corner, offering plenty of ready-to-cook meals if you prefer to dine in. The kitchen is modern, high-quality, and fully equipped — even with a washing machine. The location couldn’t be better: only a 3-minute walk to a beautiful, large beach with crystal-clear water — almost like the Maldives. You can bring your own umbrella or rent sunbeds on site. We had such an amazing time here that we will definitely be back. Highly recommended to anyone planning a trip to Sicily. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

A great apartment in a a beautiful villa with a great view. Staying at La Terrazza made our days in Palermo so relaxing and pleasant. It is very close to the beach and restaurants, and provides a high level of comfort (bed and bathroom top). Nicely furnished it has everything you may need in the kitchen, available to the guests, washing machine included. What also makes the difference is the warm welcome and the prompt assistance by the kind hosts. Absolutely recommended, I will be back for sure. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Nothing to say here. The exprerience exceeded our expectations an our needs.

It was newly renovated and has a private en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is shared but only with one other room and is spacious and reasonably footed out with all you may require. We managed to cook a couple of breakfasts. There is a large washing machine which was a great asset. The hosts, Michel and Rosy, were incredibly friendly and super responsive to questions and needs, but in no way intrusive. Michel ended up collecting and taking us back to the airport (for a reasonable cost) which meant a less stressful journey in and out. The property is so close everything - beaches, restaurants and transport. It is well air conditioned and very comfortable with a sunny balcony just outside. The windows insulateagainst both the heat and any loud street noise. We slept well on a comfortable queen sized bed
