The guest house was adorable and so was the host.

This is on me. I could have picked a more central location to in the heart of Rome. We had a to take a cab everywhere and it was a expensive.

The hotel is located just a 5-minute walk from Manzoni metro station, on the 7th floor of a residential building in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There are two small supermarkets nearby. The Colosseum is about a 15-minute walk away, and other attractions are easily reachable by metro. The hotel occupies a large apartment with 3 or 4 rooms, each with a private bathroom. The rooms are very cozy and cleaned daily. There is a shared kitchen/living area with a fridge where you can store your food. The kitchen has everything you might need to prepare a light dinner — a microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. A light breakfast is provided — yogurt, cookies, muffins, tea, and coffee — all available at any time, so you can have breakfast whenever you like. The bed is very comfortable, and there’s a terrace with a lovely view, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. The host Luciano is a very kind and helpful young man, always available and ready to assist with anything you need. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to everyone!

Convenient, well-equipped and charming room on the top floor of an old but well-maintained apartment building. Close to Manzoni metro station, restaurants, cafés and shops. The kitchen is fully equipped, with some breakfast bread, milk, yogurt, fruit and jam provided. The terrace offers a nice view on the neighborhood of Esquilino and a peaceful place to unwind after a long day of walking and visiting the busy tourist sites of Rome. Our host was friendly and helpful.

The curtain is relatively thin, could be replace by thicker curtain that blocks light. We woke up early on most days during our stay in Rome so it wasn't a big issue for us, but it would not be entirely comfortable to sleep in and have a late morning.

Was close to the metro and the bus stop , and walking distance from the colosseum

We didn’t know we are only renting a bedroom, so we had our 3 bed room but the rest of the house was shared space with other people. But everybody was nice

I really liked the place. Everything super clean. Luciano is a very helpful and friendly guy. For sure I will stay there in the next time

I liked everything

It was around 20 min walk for Termini, or easy to get a bus or tram. A very good breakfast - yogurt, bread/toast, tea and coffee, fruit. Quiet and very clean.

Comfortable and cozy apartment. Very accommodating and helpful host. Convenient location with lots of restaurants and cafes near by.

It’s location near the train and tram stations , very central but quiet and safe. The room was cleaned up everyday and maintained well. It’s next to convenience stores and decent restaurants. Best of all, Luciano, the owner is very accommodating and quick to help.

Maybe a quickly cooked breakfast but lack of it will not deter us from staying there again. Though the there’s a kitchen for quick sustenance like juice, fruits, coffee and bread.

The host was very helpful and the room was quiet, clean, and located conveniently close to a metro station. A perfect place for a couple of nights in Rome, we would cordially recommend

The accommodation is a converted apartment. Guests have private rooms with ensuites. We didn't hear any sounds from other guests. The outdoor terrace is great, especially to socialise with other guests. The kitchen was also great, well stocked for breakfast, coffee, etc. Good location close to metro stations and the main train station in Rome.

Kind host, I felt welcomed. Good information to find the place from airport. Nice, clean room with a/c that really worked.

Luciano was amazing! The communication was perfect and he helped my boyfriend and I with the many requests we had. The house it’s in a perfect position, well connected with the transports but also close to main attractions

It was very clean, cosy and comfortable with a great location. The roof terrace was amazing.

The rooms weren’t very sound proof so I could hear a neighbour’s alarm clock early in the morning.

Beautiful property in an excellent location. The host is incredibly welcoming and helpful, super accommodating. Great place to stay and the Owens left for breakfast each day on the beautiful terrace were lovely.
