We stayed here and it was the perfect start to our vacation. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, close to many beautiful places, great restaurants, and interesting sights to explore. The recommendations we received were spot on and helped us discover some amazing local spots we might have missed otherwise. Everything about the stay felt personal and genuine. The room was clean, cozy, and well equipped, creating a relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploring. I truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely stay here again when I return to this area.

What a special place!! The hotel is located in once of the most scenic countryside in Italy, yet so well located to major attractions and conveniences within 15-20 minute drive. The room was comfortable with high quality linens, air con, and nice bathroom. Raffaele the owner was wonderful giving great recommendations for the area and arranging a winery tour and tasting for our family that was staying close by. The hotel even arranged for our family to come to the hotel for a cocktail hour and it was such a special time together. Juan and Ana were such kind and caring hosts making sure we had a great breakfast every morning. The garden and pool area are extremely relaxing and well maintained. And the highlight of our entire 10 day trip to Puglia was renting e-bikes and exploring the near by biking trails. It was pure magic riding along this gorgeous area with wild flowers, pastural fields and ancient Trullis. It is a must do!!!! Highly recommend and would love to come back one day.

There was only one problem. The weather had changed on the day we arrived and the temperature had dropped 11 degrees, with a very cold wind and rain. The villa therefore felt very cold, even with the reversible aircon on in our room. Apart from that, and no one has control over the weather, there was nothing else we didn't like.

A comfortable room in a lovely villa in a beautiful situation amongst the olive groves. There was also a seating area in which to relax outside our room on the first floor. The gardens and area around the pool were amazing. Breakfast was served buffet style. There was a choice of cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt, juices, breads and pastries, cake and savouries. Hot drinks were made to order.

It would be nice if there was an espresso machine in the room or even in the dining room for guests to use outside of breakfast hours.

An outstanding place! The location is in a rural and quiet landscape but not far from nearby towns. The yard is very large, a pool and sitting areas and hammocks. The garden is very well maintained. The building where the guest rooms are located is well maintained and the interior design is very beautiful. The room we stayed in (on the second floor) is spacious, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast is generous and delicious.

The internet was not as fast as we have come to be used to.

It’s a beautiful villa with a grand swimming pool, run by very friendly people. Laying by the pool it felt more like a luxurious hotel than a bed and breakfast. It’s the perfect base camp from where to explore that region of Italy.

We had no issues and the peaceful accomodation is what we were looking for.

Very relaxing B&B with nice gardens, pool and pool bar. The location was very central for our exploration of the local towns and beaches (both Puglian coasts).

The place is incredible and Raffael, the landlord in fluent in English and very professional. This big old family house is greatly decorated and well transformed. The rooms are cleaned and well equiped. The area is wonderful to chill out and to rest peacefully. The location is perfect to visit all the cities around. I recommand you a nice and fresh leccese coffee on the poolside!

Perfect B&B in Puglia for those who are looking to relax and unwind. A perfect "launch point" for Ostuni, Cisternino, Martina Franca and Beyond. The breakfast we had each morning was delicious and the room had everything you needed and a comfy bed. The staff was very accommodating.

Check out at 10 AM is very early Breakfast, whilst delicious was slightly bizarre insofar as you have to order precisely what you want the night before versus going up to a buffet. A bit like being in hospital. We arrived at the breakfast table at 9 AM sharp and the cooked breakfast was already laid out and not particularly warm - but no problem - it was tasty. Consequently I think we got through our breakfast in 10 minutes. The property is amazing but it does feel very regimental, slightly full of too many rules for someone looking to relax on holiday. We felt slightly and unusually controlled.

Charming grounds and a beautifully manicured garden. Lovely swimming pool with plenty of shade and beds with nice towels and a bar area alongside. The room was nice and clean with a nice view over the garden. Not huge room, but fine and certainly adequate. I think we paid about £160 or thereabouts Plenty of storage. The bathroom had a stand-up shower and again was immaculately clean. Check out was 10 AM which is far too early but no problem. The breakfast was good with variety, but you had to decide upon everything the night before-see below. Raphael seemed very friendly. Wi-Fi is incredible and free throughout the property. Good parking and a good security gate.
