The air conditioning is a bit feeble - though it was an exceptionally hot summer this year. Even so, because the electricity goes off when one is out, it takes a couple of hours for the a/c to get the temperature down each time you come back. The stairs I have referred to. Be very careful especially with children or reduced mobility. There is no parking. We paid €25 to leave our car in a private garage about a ten minute walk away.

Firstly, it's important to note that although called a 'Bed and Breakfast' there is no breakfast provided unless one pays extra. It's in a good part of the city within easy reach of the old town and the property is well appointed. However, it is on two levels. The beds are upstairs and the bathroom on the ground floor. If you have mobility issues, be very careful! Excellent bathroom and there is a kitchen - though they want another €20 to use it! There is no reception.

The room was beautiful, exceptionally clean and in a perfect position in the historic centre. It was a cool space so not always necessary to use the air conditioning. There was access to a roof terrace and a little kitchenette in the room. The host was kind and helpful.

Thought we were getting a room with a balcony but later told that that it had to be noted as a special request at the time of booking as the photos on the site are grouped as a gallery of all of the apartments in the complex. That was disappointing, otherwise a great place to stay.

Excellent location and the apartment is beautifully furnished. Entry access was easy.

As the room is in an old building, the stairs are really steep. With only one backpack each, we were fine, but with bigger luggage it could be difficult to get everything to the top of the stairs.

The room is situated in an old building in the old town district, pretty close to the old and the new ports. We liked that we were so closw to the old town. There is a nice square nereby with several restaurants and a tourist information spot which is really convenient. We did not request breakfast so cannot talk about that one. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable for two persons.

The stairs to the room were quite steep and if you have a bug suitcase or a lot of luggage it’s a little challenging to bring it up.

Location is amazing - right in the central street with loads of bars and restaurants and stores. Very lively street with plenty to do. The check in was smooth, and very fast. Rooms were clean. In general, for a short stay is a good place to book.

The air-condition was not working (no air exiting), or at least we didn't know how to make it work. Our room was Nina (barely seen in the photos)… the room door is at the entrance, so each time other guests entered we had feeling as they enter in our room. although there is kitchen (no glasses or plates). Internet was periodically working. And my personal internet had really bad signal inside. We have sent a special request when we booked: asking if it is possible to leave our backpacks earlier so we don't have to bring them with as at the beach. No answer at all.

Accomodation was clean, had window so it could be air out, otherwise it would be damp. Good location. We have entered room 20min before check in. Bathroom was clean, bed comfy.

During our stay, we encountered several issues with the service. The room was not cleaned regularly, nor were sufficient towels and toiletries provided. Although we requested additional towels for one of the rooms after the second night, the host asked us to pay for them, despite the fact that towels had been replaced without any issues in our friends' room. Throughout our five-night stay, the room was cleaned only once, and toiletries were also replenished only once. These circumstances significantly worsened our experience and left a negative impression. We hope that the management will take measures to improve the services to ensure a better experience for future guests.

When we finally got the room we had paid for it was nice ( firstly we had to have several talks about the room and had to pay for change room, even though we could show the order for an other room —> so just a heads up, if you want balcony you have to spessify it in the order even though it says there will be one)

Had to pay additional 30 euro to access kitchenette facilities this included ability to make a tea or coffee (no gas, no plates or cutlery) Very noisy street at night which is expected given location and proximity to restaurants however at dawn the garbage collection starts which is incredibly loud Check In also difficult for foreigners and you are to call the number on the door (we don’t have sims)

Poor communication, very steep stairs.

Located perfectly for enjoying the old town experience. Unfortunately the host spoke no English so it was very hard to communicate. We thought we had breakfast included but couldn’t communicate with the host how to get it and there was no instructions in English. The rooms were up very steep stairs which would make it impossible for elderly or young children. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable and newly renovated. I would suggest this accommodation for young couples or friends not families or older people. Communication in English needs to be improved if this is to be offered to International guests who don’t speak Italian.

The description online is a complete misrepresentation of the property. No terrace, no balcony, no city view, one plate, one knife, no supplies to make coffee or tea, not a quiet location.
