N/A Other visitors should be aware that they may have to share breakfast with whoever is staying in the other room, but this is not a negative in my mind as you can easily work around their schedule.

The best part of our stay was the hostess, Ilaria. Ilaria radiated hospitality and made sure our stay not just in her B&B, but around the lake, exceeded expectations. She provided us with great conversation and invaluable advice as to the best places to visit and eat based on our preferences. She was very flexible with breakfast and provided great conversation if wanted or space if desired. I can say for certain that our experience in Como and in the neighboring towns would not have been nearly as fruitful without her advice. The space itself has everything you need and is very cozy. Beautiful exposed brick, a comfortable queen-sized bed, a nice bathroom, a pseudo-balcony, wifi, and AC if needed. Plenty of natural light and light fixtures as well.

It’s walk up only, no lift.

The host, Illaria, is amazing and very informative about Como, since she is from here. She made great recommendations and even celebrated my birthday at one of her delicious breakfasts.

We had a fantastic experience at Ilaria's B&B in Como! The simple yet delightful breakfast was the perfect start to each day, and the location made it easy to explore the city by foot. Ilaria is an amazing hostess and incredibly helpful, offering great tips on local restaurants and day trips, which really made our stay so easy and special. The apartment was exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds that ensured we had restful sleep. All the highlight-spots around lake Como can be easily reached by bus/car or boat and here again our hostess recommended travel time and options so we didn't have to worry about planning etc. Also Milan is just 1h away and easy to reach via public transport. I can't recommend this place enough!

Ilaria was incredibly kind and helpful. She really made our stay special and helped us to get the most out of Como. Breakfast was great and set us up for the day. Super clean room and a lovely atmosphere.

It is on the third floor and being 60 plus it was not easy. Again, host helped us with our suitcases.

Great location at the entrance of the walls of the old town of Como, walking distance to the main points. The host is very nice and makes you feel at home. She is a great source of information and very helpful.

Ilaria made our trip to Como so special. She is an amazing host who goes above and beyond for her guests. The first day we arrived she sat down with us and helped us plan our trip telling us all the tips and local spots. Ilaria served a lovely fresh breakfast every morning at whatever time you requested up to 9am and cleaned our rooms daily to a high standard. The location was perfect, it is at the top of old town and close to bus stops and train stations. We would highly recommend to anyone and would love to come again! Thank you Ilaria!

Great place to stay in Como. Ilaria (the host) is SUPER friendly and she helps in every way she can to make your stay as good as possible. Nice breakfast and excellent location. Really worthy "value for money" relationship for a bed & breakfast.

The owner is a very lovely person who genuinely cares about her guests and offers lots of suggestions to make sure that her guests have the best experience possible. Also, her breakfast includes an excellent parfait with yogurt from a source out of town and her bread is from the most amazing multi generational bakery that is not to be missed. She cleans everything daily. A wonderful experience all around.

Overall our experience was beyond positive. There were a couple of moments for improvement. The shower couldn’t be put on a higher level. For a tall person (2 m) it was uncomfortable. There were no bed lights. It was an inconvenience for me as I like reading before going to bed.

The great host, Ilaria was involved into our trip as we were open to her recommendations which were very helpful and smart! We are eternally grateful for all her tips! The place looks very unique and cosy. Ilaria also pays much attention to the hygiene of the place. The location is perfect: walking distance from the city center with the main sightseeing but outside of the main noise. We felt very welcome at the place.

I’m a hotel person and never stay in bed & breakfasts. In all my years of travel, I never encountered a concierge as knowledgeable and helpful as Ilaria, so whatever doubts I may have had in advance about the accommodations were far outweighed by the service we received.

Ilaria, our hostess, was exceptionally kind and helpful. Her knowledge of the area, recommendations of what and when to see various sights, made our trip even more special. The location was ideal, but Ilaria was without peer.

Illaria was the most generous, kind and helpful host we have ever come across. She provided some of the best recommendations, made a yummy breakfast every morning and was able to accomodate any request that we had. The rooms were tidied everyday, and was in walking distance to anywhere we wanted to go. She even helped booking a delicious restaurant for my birthday. I could not recommend this place more!

For some guests the three story walk up may be an issue

1. The hostess was thr best. She welcomed into her home and gave us great suggestions for exploring for sites to see and for restaurants 2. Location was very conveient and walkable to old city

The street can be a little bit noisy (it is rare, most of the time it's REALLY quiet). Except that, everything was perfect.

We loved the warm welcoming of our host, Ilaria, and all the good advises and recommendations she gave us.
