Great location, central to everything. Comfortable bed.

The walls are paper thin. You can hear everyone else in the property talking, walking and doing whatever, the staff is very loud in the morning. Any time anyone ever comes through the buildings front door there is a doorbell that rings very loud in the main area, but because the walls are paper thin you also hear a very loud “ding ding” in the room. This happens at all hours of the night depending who’s in the building. There’s also VERY LOUD construction on the river road outside the building. You’re rolling the dice booking this room with having quiet guests also booking. There is NO wifi in the room, the router is too far away and doesn’t reach the room outside one corner which only gives you one bar and slow wifi making it very frustrating. The bathroom water pressure is horrendous, shower turns off and on, you get good pressure for 2min before it’s a small trickle on the tile wall making it very challenging to actually shower or wash hair. The bed is comfortable enough but there is no fitted sheet on the bed only a straight sheet which is kind of weird. The main light switch for the room is outside the room, we were sleeping and one of our neighbours accidentally switched on our light at 3am waking us up and startling us. For the price we paid there is definitely better options out there. Stay elsewhere, you’re body and mind will thank you

Great location and kind staff. There is a location for a good brunch very close to the apartment.

The room smelled very dominant and unpleasant with perfume. We realized later why: Bath was emitting an unpleasant odor because of old construction and the perfume was there to hide the smell which made it even worse for us because of the mix. It was generally not very clean. The blanket had some white stains. Water pressure was not good and it stopped flowing a few times for a few seconds.

No one was there in time of check in literally no one , I had to call the number and than I found out that I’m supposed to do be in a certain room after entering the building and have to figure it all by myself which also is a lack of security. The room was not so clean , It was smelly and had mold in the wall Breakfasts was super poor and bad , Everything was old and industrial. There was no staff so I can rate tbh , there was just one woman when the next morning that just asked for paying the city tax and without having the possibility to pay that by card😅😅😅 It’s not worth it at all trust me put your money in another place

Staff, location, room.

The only thing I didn’t like was having to go up stairs but I’m getting old so it’s nobody’s fault. That’s the only reason I wouldn’t go back.

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at this quaint apartment during our stay in Florence. The service and staff were wonderful and very hospitable with beautiful morning service with breakfast and a chat. We enjoyed our stay and had the convenience of a car park just at the end of the street, which was perfect for us as we were driving through Northern Italy and Pisa during our stay.

Great location right by the river and most sites and museums within 10min walks

Shower was small / tight to fit in and the pressure was a little low, sometimes water running cool for a moment. overall it's ok.

Fantastic location with a great coffee shop outside the door. Breakfast was perfect to start the day.

Big room almost 8 minutes from Uffizi Galery. Big, comfortable beds and nice breakfast.

– The room #5 was very dirty. – There was a lot of dust everywhere. – The bathroom was in terrible condition — the floor and shower tray were so dirty it was scary to step on them barefoot. Lots of rust and mold. – The breakfast area also lacked basic hygiene standards. – The bed was too short for anyone taller than 185 cm. – Soundproofing was nonexistent — we could clearly hear neighbors talking, sneezing, laughing, etc. – If you come for breakfast after 8:00, there's a high chance you'll leave hungry. Perfect location. The stuff really nice.

The air conditioner does not work well at all. The pressure in the shower is really low. The pillows are really uncomfortable. There is always noise from upstairs at night.

Location and reception was great. Hayet is a friendly woman and helpfull. Room was very clean!
