Excellent in every way. Very spacious room, good windows, wide and incredibly comfortable bed, pleasant, thoughtful lighting, lovely armchair, well appointed bathroom, fantastic shower, and superb location. Honestly one of my best stays in Italy, and I've had a lot at this point!

There is some street music coming up from below, but it ends at 11pm and is fixable with ear plugs.

Centrally located, extraordinarily clean and well put together rooms, kitchen facilities, easy check in and check out process. This place was just lovely!

There is no better location than this one in Ferrara! The room is clean, modern, Has the beauty of simplicity . Nice large rooms, comfortable bed, let me say that again, large and comfortable bed(!) , soft luxury sheets. It even has a beautiful modern and super clean kitchen in the main floor. But most of all it is SO CLEAN !

I am sure that you cannot find a better place in Ferrara. Modern and cozy, clean, discreet, in the front of the cathedral, downtown, cannot have a better location. Very fast and convenient remote check-in and checkout, everything around, places to visit, restaurants, cafe for a traditional Italian breakfasts with a cappuccino e cornetto con crema. The accommodation was perfect, you should try. Comfortable bed, mini bar, all toiletry available, clean to perfection. Attention, if you are with a car, as it's in a limited zone, you need to ask for permit to stay for leaving the bagages, and to park outside of the old city. But you don't need your car in Ferrara... :)

Spare, functional, thoughtful amenities, chic. Everything was considered. The self-check-in, genius. The fantastic smell upon entering, inviting. The luggage lockers, so thoughtful. The clean spareness of the hall and rooms, tasteful. The art, sophisticated! The room was SPOTLESS and the climate was perfect, as it was so hot outside. The air-conditioner was CLEAN, which is RARE! The bathroom has an awesome towel rack, wall hooks, thick cotton squeeky clean ROBES and SLIPPERS!!! The SHOWER was a DOUBLE shower, so if you wanted to shower with your Honey, you could, which we didn’t, because we had our son with us. Complimentary mini-bar and snacks were left for us. The hotel has a great restaurant right below it in a very central location, with a taxi stand directly in front. It couldn’t have been more convenient. We rented bikes from Hotel Annunziata and we explored so much of Ferrara we never would have had the energy to cover on foot and cycling there is a blast! I can’t imagine having a better stay anywhere else. We highly recommend.

Was a little confusing finding the property, but not that difficult.

Very modern, clean central. The amenities were very good. Fantastic shower and beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it. The owner went the extra mile to make sure we had access to the apartment. Parking not far and very convenient.

Great contact via WhatsApp, very responsive. Managed to get an earlier check-in. Superb location. Complimentary mini bar was a lovely touch, as was the hard written note saying they hoped we enjoyed the Bruce Springsteen concert!

New, everything perfect, very clean and in the best location: in the historic city center. The parking lot is not too far either. We will go next time.

The registration is a bit long, and I don't like the facto to take a picture of me with the ID card. That should be avoided.

It was very impersonal, as everything is automatic. The staff over the phone was polite and helpful. It's a new way to host people guess.

The noise from the street, really excessive

It was very noisy outside at night. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night and people were outside shouting and running around until past 3am which made sleeping difficult. The window was single glazed so not soundproofed. There was only a thin blind at the window so the room was never properly dark. The floor was dirty. I had a lovely shower but had to wash my feet again to put my socks on.

It was in a central location. The bathroom was lovely, the room was big and the bed was comfortable. There was a safe place to leave our luggage after we checked out.
