Since the room was on the first floor, looking to the street, it was a little bit noisy from the outside and pedestrians were passing in front of the window. The other guests were quite noisy through the quiet hours - especially in the late evening and early morning.

The location is outside the center, but it is in a less noisy and well connected area. The room was quite spacious and we also had shared kitchen and a yard. There was everything needed as amenities in the property.

I think that the kitchen could have more facilities. For example, unfortunatelly we couldn't cook because mostly of the pan weren't proper for the induction cooktop, at least It was what we noticed. And there isn't any corkscrew. Also, the bed could be more comfortable.

The house and room are very beautiful, well decorated, spacious and clean. The location couldn't be better, a calm neighborhood, not so far from the center, with many supermarkets around and bus stop close by . Kalum who take care of the rooms is very friendly and were always ready to help us.

Very nice and quiet location! Not very far from the center with a wonderful walk by the Arno River to get there. Very near there is a mall for groceries, restaurants and bars.

Not the cleanest. Blankets had not been washed as there were spills and fake eyelashes attached to bedding. Bathroom walls were dirty and there were a lot of dead mosquitoes smudged on the ceiling. Location was further than expected, you need to walk 30-40mins to get to central Florence to see any museums or attractions. Easy walking route, but would be better to stay more central.

Easy access by key, renovated space. The shared kitchen was nice as it allowed for a more casual dining experience. Communication with host was good.

There was a lot of mosquitoes. We would recommend to the host, to leave some raid electrical repellent in the room in this time of the year. We saw it in other accommodations.

The room was clean, and very comfortable, we loved it. Definitely recommend!

We had the hardest time getting into the property and into our room because the keys to our room were not where they were supposed to be . When we finally got into our room it was full of of mosquitos and dead ones on the walls. There was a condom wrapper in the nightstand. And when we just touched the large painting above the headboard it fell off the wall. It was secured by two tiny screws it would have fallen on our heads:((

The room had a lot of mosquitos, moths and other bugs (not the fault of the staff). The kitchen stove did not work well with all the pans available. The communal fridge was too small for the amount of guests.

We had a very pleasant stay at Le stanze di Carla. The conditions were good and also the neighbourhood very quiet. It takes less than half an hour to go to the city center with the public transportation. Our host Leonardo also was very kind.

Some maintenance needed (bathroom fan not working, sink doesn't drain unless you remove the broken drain cover window very difficult to open and close). The window has single pane glass providing no sound insulation from noises of the street, thankfully after midnight it was much quieter. Furthermore the glass rattles loudly in the windowframe everytime a car passes by. WE WERE WAKEN DOSENS OF TIMES every night because of this.

Check in was very smooth and communication with host was excellent. The room looks great! Garden ideal for relaxing meals.

Be aware! Kitchen wasn't complete, and not even equipped with suitable induction cookpans!! Wasted 25€ on groceries, spent hours contacting booking.com/owners. And we had to buy replacement take away meals for two days. No solution/compensation offered from owners. At the end, face to face they promised to cover the groceries bill. Later they ignored my texts and calls, texted me after checkout time that they never promised to cover the bill..... It was very stressful and frustrating. Our room was next to the street and therefore very noisy and hard to sleep. You basically sleep on the street.

Relatively affordable. One of the staff members was very kind. Advice: Accommodation might be suitable if you don't need the kitchen, are out all day and bring high quality earplugs.

Unfortunately the room and the garden was flooded with mosquitos. The wall was full of dead ones from previous guests, so we didn't seem to be the only ones with this problem. Also there were almost no dishes or glasses to use in the kitchen, so it wasn't as useful as expected.

WiFi was really good. Also the bus connection to the city worked well.

The cleanliness. My room was so dirty with dead insects on the ceiling and dirts on the wall. Stayed 5 days and my room did not get cleaned, they did not even bother to replace towels. The location is a bit far as it is 40 minutes away from the centre by walk. I made a complain to the host and did not even bother to find a solution. I do not RECOMMEND this PLACE.

Love the room decorations and the backyards. Many thanks to the staff who helped me found my personal belongings and is willing to help me get them back with patience and very nice attitude.
