We had to pay a commission of 25 euros, just because we arrived 20 minutes after 9 p.m, due to the flight time. The air conditioner does not work.

To get to Florence city centre you will have to take on a 15-minute Bus ride, the check in is strictly at 15:00 and cannot be changed.

The public transport (only bus from the flat) is rare in the evening so you have to wait more. There are dead and alive mosquitos everywhere in the flat. There is only 3 Windows on the roof above and you cant open them so there is no fresh air inside. So if you want to cook smt you might regret it later on. The flat is for 3 people and we were 3 but only 2 chairs to sit. The curtain in the main bedroom cant be opened son you dont have natural light inside.

No problem with the check-in. The location was OK ( about 15 minutes by bus to the center).

Just to say something, we couldn't find a garbage bin in the apartment. This would improve the place even more! But other than that everything was very good.

We arrived in Firenze earlier than the check-in time, so we asked if we could at least leave our luggage there so we could visit the city during the day and they agreed, that was very nice! The apartment is really close (5 mins maximum) to the bus stop that will lead you to the historical center and to the train station,, and the ride is easy and short. The apartment is quite well equipped, the kitchen specially.

Massive wet puddle in the bathroom on arrival from a ceiling window someone left open. No response from apartment management. Loads of dust everywhere. Small, soft, uncomfortable pillows.

Small matter but there wasn't any coffee provided in the apartment, but only in the communal area downstairs.

the location is a little but far, but there’s bus nearby so not too bad. No elevator, so we took a while on moving our luggage.

Terrible cleaning, with dust all over, no windows for rainy days, the posting don't mention it being 40 steps up in the third floor, weak shower and the glass protection was falling. A bunch os mosquitos all the time, even with poison on the wall we couldnt avoid them. Really terrible. The beautiful kitchen and open space from the pictures are 3 floors below and not a balcony or anything.

It is near public transportation, check in was easy.

The host was not accomodating at all. He left us for 5 days with 1 and a Half toilet paper and when asked told us that was the only provide. No cleaning service. The bathroom didnt have a window and the fan was not operational. Hair dryer was also broke but is his Credits he restored at least that. A bad experience overall. I would not recommend.

Cons - Poor cleaning standards considering the price. Mosquitoes everywhere - dead and alive. We had no idea where they were coming from - we kept the apartment closed the entire time. We arrived to dead mosquitoes all over the walls and roof, blood splatters and all - it's like the apartment was not even cleaned. Dishes had been put away by previous guests still dirty. Pots and pans were unusable as the bottoms were flaking off. No tea towels provided, no bin in the apartment (other than the tiny bathroom bin). Windows are very thin and vibrate/rattle loudly when vehicles pass outside. The wifi does not reach the downstairs shared working space pictured on the listing, which we found a bit misleading as it's not usable for working.

Pros - comfortable bed, convenient location for access to city centre (10 minutes by bus, very easy and very frequent late into the night). Huge supermarket just minutes away. Wifi was good in the room. Air conditioning was good. Easy check in. Attentive host.

The shower couldve been bigger but that's the way in Europ in general.

Very complete offereing, we had dishes, a kettle, stuff to cook with etc...Location was good and quiet. We would take a bus into the main area, and at night, we would walk back (because it was hard to understand the buses etc) on the banks of the Arno river, and itd take 40-50 minutes, maybe a bit more. but it was a very pleasant walk that wasn't a chore at all.
