Líbano4 comentarios“Except above mentioned incident, my stay was fair enough to attend the Cersaie Fair.”I didn't like when I reached the place after midnight, and I was very clear that I will reach after midnight, and I paid for that day because I want to check in but unfortunately the main building door couldn't open as no existing code but rather I had to phone an Italian number +39 to access. And since I did not yet had my sim card so I could not access. After waiting I had the luck to have one of the tenants entering the facility so I could access, of course after showing the guy all my bookings etc.
No breakfast was initially proposed. Location was good.

Australia1 comentario“Basic but it does the job; good if you go there just to sleep!”The bathroom access from the corridor wasn’t great and the broken shower head’s holder was really annoying! Basically no window in the room!
The property was very very clean and the position is unbeatable! Bathroom was very big and the shower was quite spacious - neither things common in Italy! Good water pressure too! The staff members I interacted with were kind and very responsive. Nice terrace.

In reality, the space is worn down and poorly maintained. The plastic parquet-style flooring is scuffed and appears dirty, giving the room an overall neglected feel. One of the most concerning aspects is the bathroom layout. The shower is extremely small (approximately 70x70 cm), with a very tight corner entry. Both the shower and toilet are positioned on a raised platform, requiring you to step down diagonally onto a narrow space when exiting the shower. This setup is not only uncomfortable but genuinely hazardous—especially for anyone with mobility concerns. It should not be considered acceptable. The room lacks basic conveniences. The pillows are very uncomfortable, too hard and thick. The curtain barely covers the window and does not give any privacy. There are no power outlets near the kettle—only one socket on each side of the bed, meaning you must choose between using the bedside light or charging your phone. No coffee or tea is provided, and the bathroom amenities are minimal: a single roll of toilet paper for a three nights stay and a couple of small soaps, also the fan is not working. Overall, I would not recommend this accommodation—particularly for guests who are not thin, agile, or prepared to compromise on safety and comfort.
Centrally located on first floor with lift. Silent and well functioning air conditioning, plenty of hot water and great wifi

Ghana2 comentarios“Via del Carro”The location was confusing for me. I missed my way on two occasions. Aside from that, I enjoyed the place . It's worth the price for where I stayed. Also, the name is different from booking.com. The actual name is Le Stanze del Carro and not Le Stanze nel Ghetto, by Shoet Holidays. If there are branches, it's important to state the group and add the annex or something. Because it's misleading to different names online and the property. The address needs to be put on the door boldly. My first room wasn't good, especially the bed, but I was moved to another room which was good and standard. I had to walk long distances to find a bus for my runs. However, if you find your way around the streets, it's a good place to sleep. I would patronise the place anytime but only in the best room. I liked the heating. Anytime I texted the housekeeper, they turned it on.

The door of the room does not feel safe. A suitable room for those who like to stay in a hostel but the price is too high for a hostel.
Location is very close to the Two Towers

They have partitioned off part of it to make a bathroom that's tiny. There are two single beds pushed together which don't meet properly in the middle so, if you're a couple expecting a double/queen bed, it's effectively 2 singles. The only mirror is in an awkward position around the sink which you virtually have to stand over the toilet to get to. No other mirror. We struggled using the shower which is tiny. We're not the smallest people but even a thin person would struggle. Hanging clothes was impossible as the only racks were about 7 feet up over a minibar which allows for short items only. There are some dishes but the kitchen is not available for us so no where to make coffee. This is a very basic place which is suitable for backpackers for a inght or 2 however, the price makes it unappealing for any bakcpacker. Terrible value for money. We are now in a beautful and spacious apartment in Florence which will cost us significantly less.
The location of this apartment was great. Communication with the hosts was timely and excellent.

I did not get a response about whether or not there was wifi til about 10pm -- by then i'd used most of my interntional data. unclear if the bathroom provided or not was private.
location is central, but there is a lot of partying at night/ loud
