We did not take breakfast in this place because it costs 9,50 euros per person. Also we had to pay tourist tax 6 eur per person per night in cash. Rental car parking was 30 euros per night and we had 2 hours to enter the parking because of the ZTL zone. First it was hard to understand the ZTL rules but later we understood how it works. TV Remote did not work at all.

Location was kind of nice because it was in the center of old town but we had homeless people sleeping right next to the entrance so it was a bit weird.

The location, on the Piazza della Santissima Annunziate (sp?) was perfect for my needs, and simply a great location, in walking distance to all the attractions and to where I needed to be everyday. The room is in an apartment of 3 rooms in total (I think) and was super spacious, with really high ceilings, abd equipped with a useful little fridge, a desk and a tv, and a dinning table with extra chairs. The bathroom was also spacious, offering all you might need: Shower, toilet, bidet, sink, hair dryer, shampoo, towels, and stuff! The room also had a little balcony, with view on the Plaza. The kitchen in the apartment has seating (bar-style) and is equipped with a dishwasher and a little cappuccino machine (pods) you can use. Staff (Rosa) was super friendly and helpful. Note: With people hanging on the Plaza it might be noisy for some, but for me, it was a non issue, and normally the people would disperse, around 10 PM (?) so nothing prevented me to get sound sleep. Suggestion for the property: Room is so big, I think a little couch or a pair of lounging chairs, with a lamp, would be a great addition, for lounging out of bed.

The room is very spacious and it is ideally situated for visiting the main attractions in Florence. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Large room but sparsely and cheaply furnished, should have been a sofa too. Not very good facilities, there was a shared kitchen but you had to provide your own tea and coffee. The square outside was VERY noisy until around 2am every night as the steps below our balcony seemed to be a congregation point for dozens of rowdy youths

Beautiful location, but noisy. Old houses have less sound proofing, but this is a busy part of the city, so expect some noise at night. Toilet paper was not restocked.

Fantastic location in old room, very beautiful. Fridge and air conditioning available was a big plus. Balcony over the piazza was lovely.

A fantastic location and the owners are very kind. I had no trouble with check-in and check-out. My room was facing the inner courtyard, so there was no noise pollution and I slept very well.

Place is expected to be old and not many amenities. Rooms are also not soundproof at all and other guests can be heard opening doors or walking and talking down the hallway and outside all the time.

It is in an amazing location centered in the piazza. Host was very responsive and friendly.

Communication with hosts. I messaged 11 days before our trip asking cost for 4th person. No reply till day before trip when I was told it would be 150 euros for 4th person for 2 nights. Everywhere else we stayed had charged 15-20 euros extra as apartment was already for four people. If I had known this I would have cancelled and rebooked. However due to late reply was too late to cancel as would have to pay full amount anyway. The extra work accommodating a 4th person meant putting an extra camp bed up. I did manage to get this reduced to 130 euros but thought it was still expensive. Even though 4 people could stay in room there are only 2 people allowed on balcony for some reason. There is a communal kitchen which contains kettle, a microwave some glasses and cups. You can't really cook there. There are no plates or cutlery. Room is very dark. I always book room with air con. There was air con but no control. I had to nessage host twice before she returned with husband to give me control and they didn't seem very happy about it. I'm not sure if air con comes on automatically if temperature gets to a certain level and you don't need control, but if that's the case this needs to be explained to guests. On an evening due to noise from people in square outside you can't sleep with window open, so room heats up. Host came into our room when we were out during day which I didn't like, presumably to collect some glasses we had used. On check out I sent message to host saying thank you and pictures of how clean I'd left apartment. No reply.

The room has a lovely balcony overlooking a beautiful square in Florence. 5 min walk from Duomo. There is a lovely cafe to the left which does take away coffee/cocktails. Very popular with people who get drinks and sit on steps under balcony. Creates a nice vibe.
